The meat is smoked on site. It is fabulous! I love the side choices. And the Ultimate BROWNIE!!! What's not to love about a battered deep fried brownie with caramel and chocolate???

We stopped here on our way through town. We ordered the Cuban sandwich and the Cuban rolls (deep fried version of the Cuban;)
The meat was on point. The crunch of the pickle was amazing and the homemade Zing sauce was finger lickin' good!
