Second time we have had fish fry here and it is still excellent. We had perch and shrimp. The Perch is very light and not fishy, you don't even need to put anything on it, just eat it plain. The shrimp comes with a very zesty cocktail sauce. Fries are deliciously greasy. Full bar. Service is adequate but not super... More

Ok, I really don't like writing a poor review, but I honestly can't give this place a 4/5. We go out for a lot of Friday fish fries throughout the state and do have our favorites that are truly amazing. We asked around were to go for the best Fish Fry in Sturgeon Bay and ended up here but I'm... More

Quiet, nice, quaint, clean place where many a locals frequent. Flavorful, greaseless burgers served on good homemade bread. Great Fri perch, great Sunday chicken, good pizzas...

Best fried perch I've had in a long time! Not the typical fried battered fish you'd expect from a tavern. This is awesome, lightly pan fried perch. Friendly staff and a great local feel!

We were looking for a good place to grab a burger on our way home from our stay in Ephraim. We saw this on Trip Advisor and thought we would give it a try. The burgers and fries were homemade, and some of the best we have had. We were impressed with how friendly they were. We really felt right... More

We stopped just to turn around in the driveway and decided to go in for lunch. Turned out to be our favorite meal of our trip. We ate our meal sitting at the bar; highly recommend the bar over the dinning room. Brad the owner was super friendly with everyone and we enjoyed hearing the history of the place. My... More

You must have the potato salad. Cole slaw was delicious too. I liked the perch better than the white fish. Totally supper club and ya gotta love it. The service was wonderful. I can't wait to go back for the hamburger.

Great food at this bar - restaurant. Nice place to have a drink before sitting down for dinner. Steaks are great and lobster can't be beat - all at a very reasonable price.

From the outside this really did look like a typical old style Wisconsin bar and restaurant. As you enter the front door the bar is right there. We went for dinner. I guess we just didn't order the right thing........should have gone with a burger. My husband got a hot ham and cheese sandwich.........and that is exactly what he got:... More
