We make it a point to eat here every visit. They have really good breakfasts and the best biggest cinnamon rolls ever! We have eaten here for dinner too before and that was good too. Great food, great service for a great price.

I've had lunch here several times and it is always good, but the home-made cinnamon rolls deserve a review of their own. These are a meal in themselves, huge, sweet, and covered with frosting. If you want to add protein, ask for their sausage patties--they are delicious. Frankly, I doubt you could order anything here that isn't top notch.

The breakfast skillets are perfectly prepared and delicious. I always take a cinnamon roll to go, as well--they're enormous! The staff is fantastic.

I love eating here because when ever I am done with my meetings at the Sauk Prairie Chamber of Commerce (across the street) I can have lunch. Or if I have a mid-morning meeting, I'll stop and have breakfast. The food selection is huge and great items for all ages. The portions are ample, like that, can take some home.... More

This was our second visit at Leystra. The first was for lunch, which was OK. We kept hearing from the neighbors that breakfast was a must. Well, as usual, they were right. The Mrs. had the bacon and cheese omelet with a side of short stack. This is one place that makes an omelet the right way, not just frying... More

Saturday I was craving something sweet for lunch so I went to Leystra's for lunch. The jumbo French toast made with their homemade bread didn't disappoint. The place was hopping, but service was still fast and the food was hot and delicious. If you have room, try the homemade pie too!

My family and I like to come here to eat a couple times a year. It makes me remember my childhood with malts and shakes and pie counter. We love our server Jody! She is always swamped in a Friday but just has a great attitude when it is crazy busy.

Friendly family-type restaurant with daily specials and pies! Staff treated us like old friends. Loved the turkey blt so much I can't remember what hubby ordered, but he was happy! Brought my daughter back to treat her and we all enjoyed a piece of pie.

Excellent food and service, pies are out of this world. Order your pie first than main meal. Highly recommend
