I have been here several times, and never had a bad meal. The drawback is its a very limited menu, But what they do, they do very very well. The bartender makes a mean old fashioned. Steaks come out on a hot and sizzling platte....The hash browns with dinner are homemade and delicious. Oh, one other drawback - imitation bacon on the salad, I could do without - good news is they honor special requests like 'no bacon' on the salad. Consistently good for the 25 years we've been going here. Highly recommend.More

Stopped here for a dinner while traveling in the area. Both my wife and I had the fish dinners. They were excellent. The staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely a classic northwoods supper club feel. We will definitely return when back in the area.

Open finally and they didn’t miss a beat. Everything was great. The staff, drinks, and food were fantastic. The filet was tender and flavorful as were all of the sides. And Chris was efficient and accommodating.

My cousin & I went here for dinner last week on MY recommendation. How embarrassing!!! We both ordered the ground sirloin, med. rare. They both came out well done. We sent them back & 20 mins. later they came back much the same. Or at...least the meat looked grey and had absolutely no taste. We each took a couple of bites & asked for our check. What a WASTE of money! This restaurant used to be good many years back, but something changed. One of the worst & most expensive bad meals I've ever had. They should have been ashamed to take our money.More

Wish I could give zero stars. I am a baby boomer who has lived in WI most of my life. This was the worst supper club experience, perhaps worst meal, I have ever had the misfortune of wasting money on ever. Mediocre, inattentive service, moderate...wait for food. Basic salad ruined with fake bacon bits, microwaved baked potato. Ground sirloin steak ordered medium rare was delivered on a super hot steak platter, splattering grease for several minutes, this further cooking the already well done piece of meat. No flavor, grey color. We sent it back and waited 20 minutes for a repeat hunk of yuk. I’m not even sure what we tasted....beef or roadkill. Felt sick later, did not take a doggy bag and no attempt by management to correct problem. Do not understand how this place is still operating. Truly horrid. Besides a waste of money, I have a dry cleaning bill. While the sizzling steak platter looks cool, grease aroma permeates the air and thus my clothing. I will say nice Northwoods atmosphere. Cozy but poor lighting.More

Every year for over 15 we go up to this area. One of our MUST DO activities each time is to have a delicious dinner at this supper club. It is worth the wait to be seated if you don't get there early.

Our extended family has been coming to St. Germain every summer for decades. As children we stayed at the Blink Bonnie resort, which no longer exists. We don’t even attempt to eat here during the summer. The wait is too long and we are usually...a group of 25. A rare fall trip up without the kids & grandkids was the perfect time to revisit this supper club, and we’re so glad we did. The atmosphere is quintessential northwoods and the service was great. Whether it’s off season or not- go early or be prepared to wait. Order the filet served on a sizzling platter and an Old Fashioned customized to your liking. And then eat and get out so the next group can enjoy the same!More

Ate here for gunner tonight! Everything was so good! Steak came out on a sizzling plate. The hash browns were so crispy. Excellent dinner. Can’t wait to come back!

We had never been here before but had driven past many times. They don't take reservations and there were 6 of us. They said the wait was 45 minutes but we got seated much quicker. The service is excellent and the food is good.

We got there on a Wednesday right before 4:00 and pulled in right when the doors opened. We were one of the last to be showed a table for that “seating”. We both had old fashioneds and they were perfect. I ordered a filet, husband...ordered the pork chop. They were good. The steak was tender, but I guess I should have had mushrooms added to it. They would have improved the taste. Pork chop wasn’t as moist as it could have been. But as a whole, just so-so. Would go back to the bar just for the old fashioned.More

Haven't been in the area in the fall, but I would think the wait would be shorter then than in the summer. If you don't arrive early there still would be an 45 min. wait as this place has a very small seating capacity.

You can sit inside and wait, there are a few tables and a small bar. There is no outdoor seating but you can wait outside as well.
