The food has never disappointed us, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is great. The interior is well decorated after the renovation, too. Lots of food options to choose from with a full menu. Try ordering online for pick up... fast service!!! Ready before you are.

Great meal for take out the other night!!!

We have tried China one quite a few times and honestly for awhile we had great luck!!! The last few times the take out was extremely fishy tasting. And when I say that, I am talking about the hot and spicy chicken, chicken and broccoli etc. not the fish and shrimp dishes. We have two people at home who have a severe seafood intolerance so each of those times they could not eat! We ordered again on Sunday to give it one last chance... veg lo mein, pork fried rice, chicken curry. I asked that no fish sauce be added, as per my request each time. Dinner arrived and it was delicious!!! No fishiness what so ever! Yum!! I’m hoping for a home run again next time we order!

Excellent Quality Chinese Food

Took my Chinese bride with me on a two week business trip from Chicago to the UP of Michigan and back. We dined at Chinese restaurants almost every day, most China buffets. We both agreed China One had the best food quality. Don’t let the unassuming exterior fool you. It was in fact the smallest restaurant we dined at, but clean and adequate for dining in. Clean restrooms and excellent service. My wife is quite picky, and two mandarin speaking waitresses made sure her custom order was exactly as requested. No sugar or salt added to our meals. My Kung Pao shrimp was awesome. Big fresh shrimp with lots of fresh vegetables! I highly recommend China One in Ripon. I added it to my favorites.

What a gem!

Was attending a conference at Green Lake and decided to venture out for some food in Ripon. Was by myself so was thinking some fast causal but came across China 1. Blink and you could miss it driving by. So glad I stopped. The food is great. The Chinese choices seemed to be standard Chinese/American dishes. Sushi selection was on the smaller side. I ordered the Spicy Girl roll that had 8 pieces and 6 pieces of sushi: white tuna, salmon, and smoked salmon. The salmon was super fresh and had a nice fatty texture. All that for $40 including tip. Inexpensive for decent sushi. Will return for next year’s conference.

We have eaten at China One several times and you always get an abundance of food and it is very good, The food arrives pretty quickly and we have never been dissatisfied.

Good food bad service

The restaurant is somewhat pricey , the food is really good, everything was tasty and cooked to perfection however the waiter serving us was kinda rude, we asked a couple of questions about the food and and were rudely and vaguely answered.though I enjoyed the food won't be coming back because of poor service

Girls weekend in Ripon

Surprising good sushi for a small town.

I had the Maguro and the Unagi and both were excellent. We also ordered the Coconut Schrimp. They were very good also. The place was very clean, and the waitstaff was very prompt and friendly.
