Corn beef was overcooked while hashbrowns were undercooked and soggy, my gf enjoyed the eggs Benedict but her hashbrowns were also undercooked... bill was 25 dollars, the food was much better when Heather was running the show. O well wont be back

Came here on a whim, as we wanted to try something different. What a great surprise. The French toast breakfast sandwiches are unbelievable, and the breakfast skillets were generous and fresh. The menu has so many creative “comfort food” options that I started writing them...down to recreate somehow. I can’t wait to go back. It will be my new “go to” place.More
To be honest, I was a bit weary entering Tula's for the first time. Am I going to the mall or a restaurant? Is it suppsed to be a lodge, a home kitchen or the Bass Pro cafeteria? It didn't take long for staff to...settle us in and to kinda ignore all that. The food and service was good and price reasonable for what they served. Its worth a stop if you are passing through town.More
Hubs and I stopped for breakfast. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and great breakfast. Omelette was great, hash browns were crispy. Very busy place. Would recommend.
Brought my family here after a long weekend. All 5 breakfasts were great. Country fried steak is my personal favorite.
We met friends here for lunch. The atmosphere was very nice ( I expected to be eating in the owner Trigs grocery). I ordered the soup and sandwich. The Hamburger vegetable soup was delicious and my chicken sandwich was good. My son ordered the Mac...N Cheese skillet. He loved it but it was a little soupy for my taste. Our friends ordered a veggie omelet which they loved. The staff were friendly and professional.More
We frequently stop when in Rhinelander. Skillet Mac n Cheese options are truly famously delicious. Always great meal and sandwich choices and specials. You can even get bar drinks if you wish. Friendly courteous prompt service. Fresh, homemade flavors.
One thing that I love about Tula's breakfast is the breakfast meats. They get them from Trig's Smokehouse. The eggs Benedict is my favorite. The smoked ham and hollandaise really hit the mark. I'm very picky with hollandaise sauce and Tula's does it right. I...usually get a half order because the portions are big. If you have a craving for something sweet try the Eclair French Toast. It is rich and really sweet but amazing. Dessert for breakfast!!! Or any time really because they serve breakfast menu items all day.More
The first time I went here it was fantastic. Food was great. Good sized portions. Returned a couple days later during Sunday Brunch and it was terrible. Took nearly an hour to get 2 very simple breakfasts off the menu. Portions were extremely small and...the service from our waitress was nonexistent. Had to wave her down for everything. I would try again because the first time was so good.More
Tula's re-entry into Rhinelander was worth it. The original closed to put in a liquor store now has returned in the Trig's Mall not too far from the store. What a cozy, intimate, and inviting place to eat! Had the meatloaf dinner at $7.99. Adequate...portion with real mashed potatoes with not a lump and rich, dark gravy. The green beans were perfect! The meatloaf could have been taken out of the oven a little bit earlier if they have to reheat it on the grill. Great, homemade dinner roll. Frequent, friendly attention from the waitress.More
Got immediate seating for our group of four after church on Sunday. Huge menu, attentive service, decent food.
Sign in hall said one thing, waitress said otherwise and erased it. Poor service, wasn't told about the fresh pancakes, no fruit, left over salads from Friday Fish Fry. Food just wasn't up to par, wait staff needs to return to tables and ask if...need anything. Had to get up twice to flag down waitress. This is about our 4th trip here for breakfast and it just keeps getting worse. won't be back.More
Stopped in today for lunch and decided to have breakfast (served all day). It was delicious. Great service with lots of smiles. Very clean and comfortable plus a senior discount 😀
Best Eggs benedict in Rhinelander and the great thing is that you can have a half order. My husband and I frequent this place for breakfast and lunch. The breakfasts are imaginative. (It's not your mom's Chipped beef in toast) The wait staff are always...pleasant and prompt. What I like most about the lunches are the creative soups made by the chef/ Pretty tasty. The only drawback is the lack of view but the knotty pine, up north interior makes you forget you are in a mall.More
Tula's used to be a fixture in Rhinelander, as part of the local Trig's Grocery store chain, and a beautiful upscale restaurant was built onto the North side of the complex in the 1990's. That restaurant closed in the late 90's, and the space later...became Trig's Liquor dept. The locals really missed Tula's, especially the Friday Night Fish, so for a while, the Trig's Deli dept offered some of the most famous items from Tula's, including Tasmanian Ribs & Drunkin' Haddock, but people were still not satisfied, so about 2 years ago, it was announced that an empty storefront in the Riverwalk Center mall, attached to Trig's, would become the home to a new more modest and family-friendly TULA's Restaurant.. All the famous dishes are back, including a Sunday Morning Breakfast that is not only popular with the locals, but is also quite popular with Fishermen, Hunters, and Vacation tourists in what is Wisconsin's PREMIER vacation destination..... the Great Northwoods !!More
