The decor is a little dark for my liking, but has a rustic Northwoods charm. The food was good, with big portions for the price. The service was functional, not interactive at all, but by no means unpleasant.

the rhinelander restaurant was a great local place with great service and variety of good food offered. was happy that they were on open table but even without they were gracious and happy to get everyone in to eat. the service was really great and the place was packed.
Had just arrived in town and looking for a good place for lunch. This place did not disappoint. Excellent lunch specials..friendly prompt service
Went here for lunch with my friend and her dad when we were visiting the area, we walked in and I saw a special written on a chalk board, it was for a Smoked Brisket Burger, it is not on the menu, but is should be, one of the best tasting burgers I have ever had.
