The chef started out at Benihana's and now has his own place. You wouldn't expect this level of fun and good food in a small town, but it is there. A rather non-descript place outside, with plenty of parking because it sets out by itself. The inside is nice but not really special. The fun and food are great though.... More

we were the only ones in the joint....the place could use a cleaner feel to it. The sushi was expensive . I give it a six or seven out of ten. I got ten percent off my meal and some saki on the house...because it's so close I'll be going back.

It was some of the best food I have every had in my life. They are normally nice and try to add on what is happening to you and try to bring in how to control what to do when you are not in a good mood. They normally will ask me how my day is going and if it... More

I used to frequent here with friends to enjoy the sushi and nice atmosphere. I made a return visit and was less than impressed. The place was generally dirty, and almost empty at dinner time on a Saturday night. We had the hibachi and the food was okay (albeit way over seasoned with black pepper). The crab ragoons didn't have... More

Excellent dinner after a lousy one elsewhere. The scallops were delicious as was everything else in the hibachi dinner. Would go back in an instant.

When the place first opened it was great! Now the last couple times I've been there quality has gotten poor. (Example crunch munch sushi used to be what was expected, now the "crunch" is made with rice crispies!! wth?) I've stopped multiple times when they were supposed to be open, even when their open sign was lit just to have... More

This restaurant exceeded out expectations for a small town. The restaurant is newly remodeled after a recent fire this past summer and it is very clean and welcoming. The two owners were very kind and we received two free dishes while eating. I highly recommend the sushi, I've eaten a lot of sushi and this is some of the best... More

Sushi rice was cold. The fish was old and gross, he still served(and charged) it to us. Watching the guy try to perform hibachi made me wince at how bad he was. Server screwed our order up, than told us WE got it wrong! This is the worst sushi I have ever had in my life, and I've had a... More

Beautiful, creative and tasty sushi rolls! The waitress was attentive and had great recommendations. The playboy roll which is wrapped in foil and lit on fire is very unique and while not aesthetically beautiful, it was a great innovation, with the flames heating the roll and gently charring the outside to give you contrasting flavors. The other rolls were quite... More

Me and a group of my friends went here for dinner. We had set up reservations but ended up getting to the restaurant late, actually we got there a little bit before they closed. We all had the hibachi grill. All I have to say is that the cook was amazing. Because it was the end of the night we... More
