My brother told me about this place, but he only stopped to get a beer. A friend at work said it was OK, but we loved it! The bar is beautiful and so was the room we ate dinner in. Our waitress was at first a little cool, but when we told her it was our first time, she did... More

I had a very stressful day traveling from Houston to Plymouth for my work project here ..mixup on my plane reservations ..too close connection to Milwaukee in Chicago and luggage didn't make it ... but once I got to Plymouth, found it a really pretty place, particularly downtown. Very charming ... didn't ask anyone but chose 52 Stafford Restaurant -... More

Arriving later as hotel guests, we were pleased that the restaurant was open for weary travelers. The atmosphere was a cross between an Irish pub and a formal dining rooom. Very pleasant. The food was very good to excellent, however if you have allergies say so up front. The Friday menu featured a delicious walleye with green bean and sweet... More

We not only visited the bar during Irish Music Night, which was really nice, we had stink vouchers because we were staying in the hotel in the same building. The accommodations were very comfortable with a uniform ambience of traditional high class throughout. The Irish music was a real treat and an obvious favorite among locals as well.

Fries were soggy. Really soggy. They put the fish fry on top of them and it made them soggy. I think they were under cooked as well. Waitress offered is $2 off our bill. Wasn't sure whether to laugh or ... Shepard pie was good as usual. Perch was good. Fish and chips were just having a bad night I... More

A quaint place to have an excellent meal. It has rooms above if you need to stay somewhere too. The food is delicous and the service is super. The only downside is it has steps and not excessable to handicap especially if you can't do steps.

Neat historic building in downtown Plymouth. Menu is somewhat limited. Although it is not my favorite we do go there on occasion. No kids menu so it can get a little pricey for a family. Went most recently for a meeting. Choices were salmon or shrimp. I don't like either but it may have been the meeting planners choices and... More

The bar is fantastic with a very authentic Irish pub feel. My wife and I have eaten at 52 Stafford on multiple occasions and the food is good but not great.
