We were in the area and I suggested the Charcoal Grill as I have always had good food there. This was no exception.

There was more to be desired with the service. However, the menu was very diverse. The restaurant had pricing and atmosphere similar to other chain family dining. The fish sandwich lacked flavor, but burgers are a higly recommended option.

We go for an occasional brunch or pizza buffet. There's a variety of choices every time. Not the best I've had, but Ok. Grandkids always find something they like or trade it in for something else.

The people who greeted us were friendly. We were seated right away, but things went downhill from there. The waitress handed us the menus and immediately asked if we were ready to order. We hadn't even opened the menus. Then she didn't come back again for 15 minutes. She didn't know the menu, so couldn't answer any questions. The food... More

Entering around 1130am we were promptly greeted and seated. All staff was very cordial. When I wanted pizza, there was no available ingredients list, but was told just about everything anyone could want. So I ordered a mushroom, spinich and anchovy pizza with Alfredo sauce. A few minutes later the waitress came back to say they didn't have spinich or... More

Stopped in for a quick bite. Ordered the pizza since they had a stone hearth. 15 minutes later we had a 14 inch with the works. Dough could have a little more flavor but they do put a LOT of cheese on the pizza. Nothing bad but nothing to brag about.

Food was cold, burgers we ordered were melts, not toasted and the bread was soggy, fries so greasy and tasted like fish!. Our server took our order and we never saw him again until he brought the bill, very poor service! Never again will we go there, to many other places in Plover or Stevens Point that care about there... More

We recently did a Monday visit for two for one burgers. You can't go wrong with any of their burgers - they are great. If you don't like pink meat order well done or super well - it will be done. Ariel was our waitress and did a great job - try to have her as your server. She was... More

Arrived to a practically empty restaurant. Had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Our waiter gave us enough time to order. I had inquired about the special. 1 14" pizza with free pitcher of soda. I told waiter that I require diet and my boyfriend doesn't like diet. Waiter offered free refills to soda glasses in exchange. Though... More

Sunday brunch. Waitress great. Pizza was a looooong wait and then didn't know what was on it. Omelet Cook ( just can't call him a chef) used a form of the "F" word at least 3 times while here and was more interested in his conversation with the female employee he was talking to than service. Shift leader looked like... More
