We were in downtown Oshkosh earlier this year and wanted to try the place out and it was great! I believe we were seated and greeted by the owner and the portions were way more than I could eat! It was a very nice Saturday...lunch location!More
We chose to go for lunch here this Saturday and were very pleased. I had a Chicken Panini which was very good and had delicious cole slaw to go with it. 4 in our group had breakfast and were quite impressed. Our waitress was very...attentive and friendly....great service!!!More
It has been awhile since our last visit. Half pound burgers & bun are great. Came with soup & the creamy broccoli was fantastic. Best kettle chips I've ever had. Nice spicy taste & not greasy. Coors Light $2 tap beer was a nice deal....Will be back.More
We visited Sunday noon to watch the Packers/Bengals game. Great view of TV's all around the room. Great list of items on menu with friendly wait staff quickly serving beverages & food. Not very busy while we were there as Packers fans probably drove to...Green Bay to tailgate or watch the game at nearby sports bars elsewhere. I had hot chocolate, French onion soup & Ham/Cheese Panini which was good with chips & a pickle. My wife had a 'Badger Burger which was huge so she needed a to go box. Son had chicken fingers with honey mustard dip which came in standard sealed cups. All very satisfying & delicious. Waitress was attentive in clearing plates as we were finished with them. We walked several blocks from our son's apartment so parking was not noticed but I believe adequate parking is adjacent in the lot on north side of restaurant.. It seemed wheel chair accessible also.More
Stopped in for dinner to go on a business trip. Looked like a normal sports bar. Pretty empty while I was there. The bartender was very nice and helpful. I thought the food was really good and reasonably priced. I'd go back if I pass...through again.More
My husband and I have each ordered out many times from Legends. The food is always packaged well, tastes great, and is ready in time.
We decided to dine in today. It was not busy at all at around 12 o'clock on a Monday. The...server was not very attentive. She didn't bring a knife as I had asked for a side to use on my sandwich and she never asked if I wanted my water refilled. Just a little unacceptable when it's not a busy lunch hour. The $4.99 lunch specials are really nice! You get a choice of six different sandwiches with a choice of fries, chips, or soup.More
The food. All I can say is it was so salty it was hard to eat. We ordered a Philly Cheese Steak, and had to choose between swiss, jack, cheddar and american cheese. We chose american, because hey, cheese steak should be melty, right? Fries...came with, and those were also super salty. The steak was like the steak-ums you buy at the supermarket. The green peppers and onions were mushy, and soaked in whatever passed for Au Jus here. We split the sandwich, and I could not finish my half. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had to.
I give the food a 2 star, because I have actually had worse! The service was good: Arta was right on point; paid attention, checked in often, and was very pleasant. She gets 3.5 stars :)More
