This is a gem of a place. Menus are part of the decor outside (there are paper menus also). Park your car in a numbered slot and a roller skating girl comes up. She’s got paper menus also if you can’t decide. When you’re ready...to order, put your hazards on and she’ll skate back to take your order. Keep your window up 1/3 of the way and a tray of amazing food will hang on. Credit cards are accepted, payment is processed in your car. Featured: Tall boy burger, root beer, chicken strip basket & Chicago hot dog.More

55 minute wait for carry out . Got back to the hotel and missing two burgers , half the order missing. I had to drive back to get them… ! So check your order..they apparently don’t. No one seemed to be sorry they screwed up....Not the service I expected for the prices they charge.More

Our first time here and it did not disappoint!! We over ordered but just couldn’t decide. We got the fries, cheese curds, onion rings and the “Super” burger. All of it was so delicious!! We will be back!

Stopped in for dinner the waitstaff rolls out on skates to take our order... Food was outstanding... there was oldies playing unfortunately we were parked on the side so we couldn't hear it real well but that's ok... while we were finishing our dinner the...waitress rolls up to our car and says that her boss had noticed the stickers on our rooftop carrier and wanted to give us one of their stickers to go on it...More

We enjoyed the nostalgia of 1950's style drive-in with the waitresses on rollerskates. They don't wear poodle skirts here but it's still fun. Music from that era is played on the outside speakers. The food is fast food and was delivered hot. I had the...grilled chicken breast sandwich and the cook 'nailed it'. Perfectly done. We got a small french fry and they were fresh and hot. They also sell the good root beer in half gallon and gallon take-home containers.More

Worse than zero. So happy to go and support newly reopened drive in. Over thirty minutes, called gal back to car to tell of wait... “Oh, lost your order but making it now...” I feel terrible.

We are driving to get our ice cream from that place from another side of town. Good service great music, cheap prices, delicious sundae. Definitely a place worth to recommend.

I'm a sucker for old school restaurants send drive ins and was pleasantly surprised how good this place was. The atmosphere was nostalgic. The diner was covered in old memorabilia and photos and head the classic neon to go with it. The waitress take your...orders from your car, but do so on roller skates. They have a pretty good menu selection and the food was really good for a drive in. The chicken sandwiches and burgers hit the spot, as did the cheese curds. Looking back I can say they may have been the best cheese curds i had while in Wisconsin. I'd certainly recommend eating here.More

We love going to Ardy & Ed's. It's a must during the summer. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, with 50's music, yummy food, malts, root beer.

We stop multiple times when we are in town. Its seasonal. I love the frosty mugs of rootbeer and the old style roller skate car service. My favorite thing is fried mushrooms!

A totally unique place. Great food. You have too go there to find out what's it like. There are car hopes. They have classic car meets. It is kind of straight out of the 50's.

We have come here several times it is always a treat. Overall good service and decent food. The obvious is the retro menu and delivery. This makes it Fun and special, we love this place. We have never had a bad experience. My only critique...would be to consider some seasoning on burgers, frys etc, no real complaint here just maybe a little salt and pepper. Nothing here to dissuade our family from continually patronizing this establishment. Again food is good service is good and it all is great.More

We were visiting Oshkosh and wanted a quick refresh on a hot day. We happened upon Ardy & Ed’s Drive-in. A friendly car hop skated up ready to take our order. It’s a great place to stop in for a bite or ice cream. The...food took a bit of time, but it was packed so we knew it would be a while. I wish they had brought the drinks first separate from the food to keep us refreshed, but I didn’t ask for that at the time.More

You had me at home brewed root beer. Skating carhops take your order and bring it to your car just like the 50s. Small Perch basket is big. Large feeds two. Double burger has a brat party and a beef patty and was great. Didn't...get to the ice cream.More

We went to Ardy & Ed's for ice cream after our lunch at TJ's and it was DELICIOUS!! I want to drive back to Oshkosh just to experience this again! I got a rootbeer float and my husband got a sundae and both of us...were extremely pleased with our selections! We should have gone back to order lunch or supper because their menu was estensive. I love the atmosphere too, because the girls are like from the 50/s and 60's. They come to you in your car on rollerblades and give you menus, they are fast, and friendly! Even the cooks inside the grill are like from the past, with their attire and everything. This place is right up my ally because I love old fashioned restaurants like this! This is the era I wish I was born in so it's fun to experience this during today's time. Highly recommend you go here if you are in Oshkosh, even for a short period of time!More
