We were immediately seated and waitress was prompt on taking our beverage order. The onion rings appetizer was hot, plentiful and tasty. The large serving of baked cod with the lemon pepper seasoning was excellent and the potato pancakes along with the cole slaw and German potato salad was a nice addition to the meal. The reuben sandwich was very good (took half of it home!). Probably coould have used a bit more dressing. Would absolutely return!!!

Have been hearing good things about the food here and finally gave it a try. Wifey had a patty melt. Bread was great and was cooked to perfection. I also sampled here french fries, they are maybe the best I’ve eaten anywhere. I was in the mood for pizza and had the meat lovers. crust is thin and tender, ample toppings, again cooked just right. Will definitely make this a regular stop.

A warm afternoon was just ripe for a ride through the countryside and then a stop at this place near Oconomowoc WI. The doors were open, and many folks were sitting outside having lunch. Bev ordered a glass of wine, and I had my usual Spotted Cow. The patty melts for the wife and the chicken tenders for myself were just great. Waitstaff was very professsional.

We were very excited to go back to Stolley's Hogg Alley after their remodeling. We went this last Saturday and were very disappointed! We stopped in for lunch and my boyfriend and I each ordered a BOWL of Chile and a Diet Coke. When it came to our table we were shocked! The BOWL of Chile was no larger than a cup for $7.95 and the Diet Coke was served in no larger than a 10 oz. rocks glass 3/4 full of ice for $3.25 each. Needless to say, we won't be going back anytime soon!

Inadequate parking, abrupt rude service, newly remodeled area has the ambiance of of a morgue or mausoleum, enlarged facilities
but an inadequate kitchen, ( an hour wait???). Cheap chairs and tables compared to previous facilities. Smaller portions of food with higher prices. The old hog alley is no more.

I have been to Hogg Alley dozens of times over the past few years, but recently moved. I thought I would stop in for some wings, while I was in town. I was very disappointed that they are only served on Tuesdays and Saturdays, but my fault. I ordered a bloody and carnitas tacos. The carnitas meat was literally flavorless. I added some salt just to see if that would help. Nope. The bloody was just as bad. It had a kick to it, which I prefer but this was over powered by bad flavoring. It came with a pretzel stick and no other garnishes. That was very strange. My friend had an brandy old fashion, which was very weak and some tater tots, which they liked. Unfortunately, this place is no longer on our list to stop when we return to the area. Just not worth it anymore.

Running errands with my wife and wanted to check out the DNR boat launch for Lake Nemahbin. Had not been to Hogg Alley since it was something else a few decades ago. Stopped for lunch and a couple beers. The food was great, the staff and patrons all friendly.

Waitress did not inform of the hidden fees when the menu price is already high. How hard is it to give a heads up while placing your order?? Very I guess! 👎

My family of 5 went for all you can eat crab legs on Monday night. The menu and website did not mention you had to pay for the fourth and on plate. We did complain and the owner told us to get out and never come back. Today January 1, 2024 he called the police to say we didn't pay. He told us we did not have to pay and get out and never come back. I would not eat there and watch the menu and read the fine print. I can't believe he called the cops when he told us to leave and never come back. I think he is hurting for money. His menu does not offer all you can eat crab legs anymore.

Had a valid ID (not expired) wouldn’t take it because it was vertical. I was 21. Know many people that went with fakes in highschool. All I wanted was a couple beers after work on a Wednesday.

I must say I have had many average gluten free pizzas in my day. Expecting much of the same tonight, however I WAS SO WRONG!!! HOGG HAS HANDS DOWN THE BEST GF CRUST! I wish we had taken a picture to share but when it was put in front of me we were so excited and impressed by the looks we quickly dug in and forgot to take a picture 😞. I will be back best GF pizza I have had in 4 years!

Been coming here for years, ate fish fry's all over lake country, only Hog Alley consistently delivers the best food/ fish fry EVERY time. You dont need a bike all are welcome.

We love Stolley's but were just a little disappointed last visit, Sandwiches were served just warm and quality was just average. In spite of this we'll be back. May have been just a bad day.
