When you live walking distance to Pine Cove one finds themselves there on a regular basis. Especially "Smashburger night" (AKA Monday). Just know how slow service Is, and the chance you take if the wait staff doesn't clearly hear your order above the dining room...sound level, which is typically extreme on Monday. We do not go there on Fridays or Saturdays ...no need to, as we can hear the booming music from our house, but out of season or during the weekdays, other than Monday, we head there without hesitation. PS.....not on the menu, but they do have fried pickles!More

Unlike what their site here on Trip Advisor says. So glad they were open because sometimes you just have to have a Smashburger! The wings special was awesome according to my better half. But the best part was the service. Nerrissa (sic) was doing it...all and was very friendly! So yea, its a WI pub with bar food, but it's GREAT bar food! We live close enough to walk and happy that we do! Easy relaxed atmosphere during this off season!More

So.... I grew up on the Castle Rock. We’ve been to the Pine Cove in the past and felt that the food was ok ( especially the bang bang shrimp). It was a great place to go to if you were on the water all...day. They were accommodating with our dog, which to me, means a lot! However, we were just there on Friday, 7/31, and a couple of townies picked a fight with us, even as we walked away. It started when I asked the townies if they were using the table, or just taking a break from the inside and were having smoke break. OMG!!!!, you would of thought that I asked the couple if they had squirrels coming out of their butt!, we were there with our three children and these two up standing members of society continually yelled at us. ( by the way, the dude looked like a meth head with all of his teeth rotting out). As we turned with our kids to leave Pine Cove, the meth head started to follow us. Then some balding Pine Cove male worker told us that we had to leave, not knowing what was going on. Not cool! Defending your Meth head buddy!, when we were already leaving. I will never go to Pine Cove again! Go to Shipwreck or Dirty Turtle!More

Nice views of Castle Rock from the deck and inside of the restaurant. Small rental cabins and a camping are are on the grounds too. Wasn’t too hungry, so just had the chicken tenders. They were good. My better half had the grilled chicken and...said it was quite good. Not as busy as the Turtle and Shipwreck. I’d go back.More

We stopped in for drinks, ended up staying for dinner! The staff was friendly and welcoming! I didn't eat, but others in my group did and said the food was fantastic! They had Fresh Raspberry Margaritas which were fabulous! Will come back!!

My son ordered cheese curds. They were awesome. They handled a bunch of bikers last Saturday. Want to try their prime rib some Saturday night.

The food is great. Come early for Friday fish fry or Saturday Prime Rib. Jar drinks are great. Small marina, with gas ans a ramp. Try the ahi tuna blackend.

This is our go to place on Castle Rock Lake. They have the best food by far in the area. We most recently stopped by on Taco Tuesday and the tacos were great!. The food is always high quality, and they continually have interesting beers...on tap. Stop by by boat or by car when in the area!More
