First I used the restroom. Took the knob right off the bathroom sink and the hand soap was like water. Not the cleanest place. The waitress was nice but flighty and I saw her touch a new plate of food, like her finger and then wipe that finger on her pants. Ewww. Not the best meal I have had. Had... More

My husband and I recently moved into the area and we decided to try the restaurant out. We have been back 2 other times since. The staff is very nice and attentive and the food is good and you get a lot of it for the money.

We came here looking for a quaint diner in a beautiful area and were very disappointed. Our first hint should have been the dirtiness of the dining area. We really should have walked out before ordering. Next, I specifically asked for "real butter" and was given a glob of some unidentifiable substance. When I told the waitress that it didn't... More

Kat's is the place to go after Church on Sunday or any time of the week. It is a cozy, friendly, informal place to enjoy time with your family and friends. Good home cooking with generous portions for that 2nd meal later. Kat always makes sure our pancakes have blueberries and other fruit on hand cooked in with warm syrup.... More

The food is less than good, the service is ok but the waitress wants to tell you her life story every time you go in there, employees have their children working in there. It's not the cleanest place, dead flies on the window ledge... Unknown substance in the margarine. The food is just poor.

A hidden gem. The 4 of us went on a busy Sunday morning. Everyone was smiling there. We were seated right away in the fuul house. Our server was fun and funny. The menu has a nice variety to choose from. Food was delicious.

My husband and I go here pretty often. It is a diner type atmosphere. Our favorite is the broasted chicken dinner. It is usually about a 20 minute wait because it's made fresh and it is so worth it! You also get soup or salad, choice of potato, bread and coleslaw with the meal. Kat's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.... More

Been to Kat's about 10x and it's better every time! All the staff are so friendly and it's cozy, quaint and inviting inside. Everything is made fresh to order and clearly taste reflects that. Yummy selections, generous portions and very reasonable prices. A hidden gem! I highly recommend.

Our second visit! Outstanding inlets and hearty breakfast dishes! Excellent food, good prices, wide range menu, good service, clean, quaint! Located in the historic Prospect Hill Settlement on National Ave in rural Waukesha!

I stopped in here with friends to try the two, 3 topping pizzas for $25 as advertised on their sign outside. we were told it would be a 45 minute wait. Disappointed, we left and went to another The restaurant was only half full. This appears to be an underhanded business practice to get people in. Sorry I won't be... More
