This was the worst experience I’ve had in a bar/restraint in my life. An18 year old high school drop out has more knowledge of the food and beverage side of management than this place does. First off I’m staying at the best Western Premier over...$200 a night for a week. I go to eat dinner and decide to eat at the bar which is completely walled.off and soundproofed from the dinner patrons in the restaurant. I eat a complete dinner with dessert couple drinks and I asked the bartender if you mind if I play the jukebox. With only 10 to 15 people in the bar area I put a $20 bill in the jukebox playing easy listening music some country nothing atrocious. The management team turns the music down to a level you could not hear. At this point I asked the bartender who askeded for the music to be turned down. She informed me it was management she preferred it up. I respectfully asked for the manager which I was given an assistant manager whom I asked why the music was turned down. Obviously the restaurant manager had sent him out to respond to me knowing he was completely wrong. A Bar and restaurant manager that doesn’t understand where his pay comes from and what is the largest profit area in the food and beverage industry should not be working as a manager. I thanked the bartender Gave $20 tip On a $40 bar tab. I told her she and her other coworkers would be far better off working for a management team that knows what they’re doing.More
