The Bass Bay Brewhouse serves up a delicious fish fry, and it’s available every day of the week. The potato pancakes are outstanding. Few places know the art of making good potato pancakes, but Bass Bay sure knows how. There’s a broad spectrum of menu...selections available in this rustic, off-the-beaten-path, lakeside restaurant in Muskego. They also have a wide selection of craft beers, and their bartenders know how to make superb ice cream drinks, e.g. brandy alexander. After the meal, we walked out on their long pier, sat down on a bench, and watched a beautiful sunset. This was our first visit, and we’ll be back.More

Been here a few times, enjoyed each. Food was good. Service was too. View of the lake was gorgeous. Great patio too! Just avoid peak times unless you don't mind a very long wait. Even a 5pm arrival on Friday for fish fry may get...you a 2 hour wait. But worth going if you can avoid peak!More

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I've eaten here with my family many times now and the food has been consistently good, as well as the service. Its also on a lake which makes the views very nice. There's outdoor seating, which I haven't...tried yet, but it looks really nice. Definitely recommend this place!More

My family got take-out there last night, and unfortunately, no one really enjoyed their meal. Mine (the scallop risotto)was crazy salty, my husband's steak was bland but also so full of pepper he had to brush his teeth for 10 minutes (and spent another 10...just cutting all of the fat off of the meat). The sauce with the chicken was overly sweet with honey and tasted odd on the mashed potatoes.. I could go on. The serving sizes were generous enough, but overall we were disappointed.More

My husband and I went there on a week night it was our first time. We had made a reservation and were seated right away on the beautiful outdoor patio overlooking Bass Bay. MY husband ordered the chicken panini, and said it was the best...he's ever had. I had the deluxe burger it came with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions american cheese, ketchup and mayo. I swapped the american cheese for cheddar you also get a side of fries or for $3 any side you want. I will say it was the best burger I have ever had , done perfectly with good beef and there's something about their buns that is so good. The service was also excellent. I usually can find something to criticize but not this time. everything was perfect.More

Amazing atmosphere food and service! Beautiful view with large patio and gazebo, inside is clean and decorated so nice with a huge wrap around bar. We went out with friends for the Friday night fish fry which my husband ordered, I had to try a...little it looked so good and it was delicious with large portions, I got the shrimp scampi and it was the best I’ve had! Our waitress, Stephanie, was so attentive and pleasant that our dinner conversation actually changed to “Is she the best waitress you have ever had” and everyone at dinner agreed it was outstanding service! We will be back for sure.More

We had a 6:15 reservation and never received a text that our table was ready. In fact we were ignored. And felt we were not welcomed. Finally after a half an hour the hostess had a table put on the grass away from the patio...without waitress service so we would go away. Empty tables were available. We received an email at 7:00 pm that our reservation was cancelled .My husband then ask what was the issue. We finally got a table at 7:10. By that time there were 4 open tables. We received our bill at 8:30 more than two hours later. The prime rib was good but not special, the appetizers were interesting, but overall the restaurant is great if you are a regular but not worth the drive unless you live close to Muskego. We won't go back again.More

Tried Bass Bay Brewhouse on the advice of friends. It was everything they said it was! The food was nothing short of excellent.I had Chicken Fried Chicken-it was the best I've ever had! Not greasy, the breading was light applied, crisp with a little tang...to it. The mashed potatoes were real! The Green beans were crisp, fresh. My wife had Roasted Mushroom Linguini and said it was outstanding! Beautiful outdoor seating and atmosphere, right on the lake with a pier you can walk out on. Would highly recommend to everyone.More

Arrived at 6 and was told 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Ended up 2 hours and 20 minutes to get seated and just under 3 hours before appetizers arrived. Never got one app that was ordered. Food and atmosphere were great but it's...hard to give full points with that sort of timeline.More

Great place to get together with family and freinds. Stuck back in a neighborhood it's not the easiest place to find but worth the time. Casual dining with great food and great drinks. If you go on a Friday better get there early. It can...get extremely busy and waits can be out to 2 hours. If you have a party of 6 call and make a reservation. They do have outdoor dining in the summer months and its a great place to set outside along the lake and enjoy a WI summer evening or day.More

Im sorry Kathy but I don't know them off the top of my head...your best bet is to call them. Make sure you go when the weather is nice so you can see all the activity on the lake!
