Las Espías ChilaQuiles
Fried tortillas tossed in a tomatillo salsa, Cheddar Jack cheese and topped with fried eggs… slyly served aside our top secret breakfast potatoes.
SafeHouse Skillet
Take on our signature breakfast mission: a combination of pepper smoked bacon, honey baked ham, Cheddar Jack cheese and fried eggs served on top of our secret breakfast potatoes.
Classified Breakfast
Highly confidential, the classified breakfast is a combination of scrambled eggs layered on a funnel cake, served with pepper smoked bacon and our top secret breakfast potatoes.
The B1 Bomber
When sweet and savory are paired together, things can become supersonic! Homemade funnel cake and beer-battered chicken tenders served with our top secret breakfast potatoes.
Operation Hangover Recovery
Your hangover will thank you after this masterpiece. A scratch made beef burger topped with honey baked ham, bacon, a fried egg, American cheese and maple syrup, on a brioche bun.
Brunch Drinks
Bottomless Mimosas
Agents, raise a toast to reaching your rendezvous point—and the weekend! Put your pinkies in the air and enjoy unlimited champagne bubbles topped with orange juice. Note that this offer self-destructs after 90 minutes…
Spy Jolt
A cloak and dagger cup of Joe. Iced coffee laced with Jameson and Baileys, stealthily hidden beneath a delicious waffle. Remember to always expect the unexpected!
If James Bond had to create a drink named after his beautiful Bond girls this would be it. Stoli Vanilla Vodka with Prosecco and fresh ginger topped with a lemon slice.
Aston Martin
Speed into your morning with this fast-paced concoction. Skyy Cranberry, mixed with pomegranate and champagne finished with a sugar rim.
SafeHouse Bloody Mary
Say hello to brunch's partner in crime. Vodka and Jameson mixed with our top secret Bloody Mary mix and accompanied with fried cheese curds, celery, and bacon. Served with a full brewski (decoded: beer) psst...keep the code beer mug
Preferred like a dagger: tall and sharp. Skyy Raspberry Vodka, champagne with Sierra Mist and topped with raspberries.
The Man with the Golden Martni
Lead everyone to believe you're the world's most expensive assassin. Skyy Cranberry, peach schnapps, orange juice, and pomegranate topped off with champagne.
Lunch Menu
Fried C4 Cheese Curds
Mini plastic explosives cleverly disguised as Wisconsin white cheddar cheese curds. AWARD-WINNING, Hand-Breaded and Dipped to Order, they have anything but an inert flavor. Served with our top secret dipping sauces.
Stasi Twists
Our Bavarian operatives sure know how to snack! Three soft pretzels served with our house-made cheese sauce for dipping.
Nachos Camp Stanley
This black site CIA weapons tray is piled high with freshly made tortilla chips and loaded with our secret house-made cheese sauce of cheddar, pepper jack and American. Spies choose seasoned ground beef, housesmoked chicken or black beans. Topped with pico de gallo, avocado crema, cilantro and pickled jalapenos. Big enough for four to share!
Covert Chopped
This freshly made salad is comprised of chopped romaine, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, maple pepper smoked bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and blackened chicken breast. Served with a house made white balsamic dressing.
This South American dish is just as complex as the cartel. Shredded lettuce served with your choice of house-seasoned beef or house-smoked chicken. Topped with black bean corn salsa, shredded cheddar jack blend, pico de gallo, avocado crema and topped with seasoned tortilla strips. Tossed in a chipotle ranch dressing.
Mr. Stamper BLT
Even our pickiest agents agree that everything tastes better with bacon. House roasted turkey on toasted whole grain bread with pepper-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and honey mustard aioli come together to accomplish this savory mission.
Prime Rib Timed Drop
Tender, shaved prime rib, slow-roasted in house and warmed in our succulent au jus. It will be retrieved at the "pre-determined" moment piled high on a ciabatta bun and served with horseradish and au jus on the side for further agent brush passing. Make it a Philly for $2...onions, peppers and provolone
Day Smart Turned Chicken
Marinated chicken breast topped with bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise, and tomato all on a fresh artisanal style bun.
Spy Burger
Why not match the 2nd oldest profession with one of the most original sandwiches ever made? This classic burger is hands down the best in the city. Hand-pattied, smashed on a flat top, and seasoned to perfection, served on a freshly baked brioche bun. Have it plain or choose from one of our infamous covers.
This is truly the Mother Of All Burgers. Our USDA hand-pattied beef topped with American cheese, bacon, and an over easy egg, topped with our secret sauce on a brioche bun. Definitely sure to cause a massive ordinance air blast.
SafeHouse is packed with family fun, food, and missions. Junior spies will have their own spycial menu of kid friendly favorites, and while they're waiting for the food, agents-in-training are welcome to investigate SafeHouse. Bring your loved ones out for a super secret covert mission of a lifetime. But keep in mind, any intelligence found must remain secret.
