This is an pretty average Indian restaurant with low price. I would say the taste and quality is not quite high. Its quite sub-standard. Will neither recommend nor visit this place again. Not a good deal

The place before had awesome pricing and was kind of unique it wasn't fancy at all. paper plates, plastic trays and dinning area was clean but not fancy. Now they have raised their prices significantly most likely due to remodeling which is nice but now with increase in pricing it doesn't make the trip worthwhile. Also they had signed up... More

You will get food at low price here, also everything tastes good. And the sweets are really fresh and tastes very good.

First time visiting and ordered #46 the Aloo Saag curry as well as roti and a mango lassi. I regret living in Milwaukee for 2.5 years and never coming here until now. I will definitely be back. The food was delicious and full of flavor, not to mention this restaurant is one of the most reasonaFirst time visiting and ordered... More

Wanted to try Indian for lunch and Bombay Sweets was close by. It's a no frills place where you can get a plate of food under $6. Both the soup and curry were tasty . Recommend it.

My friend and I came here for lunch during our work day. It wasn't busy inside, but they had several people coming in for To-Go orders. Their menu is on the wall and you order at the counter. They have a great vegetarian selection! I ordered Channa Masala and Masala Dosa and it was really good! Not only was it... More

This was a great experience. We live in St. Louis and don't have this kind of “restaurant-cum-sweet shop here” :)

This was my third trip there from glenview Illinois. They have great option of vegetarian food and sweets. My wife loves there halwa puri and I like homemade style stuff parathas and we always take jalabies to go. Overall food quality is good and have good sitting space. Would recommend if you are having craving for sweets and heavy Indian... More

We regularly visit this local gem, whenever we crave for authentic north Indian food. Don't expect white table clothes, proper dishes or silverware or even decent service. But all that is well compensated by great flavors and homemade taste. Fairly large menu of vegetarian snacks and meals. My favorites are Gobi paratha, indian flat bread stuffed with caulflower, Makki dee... More

Lady was so rude and not attentive. I ordered some food to go and she missed some food to put in bag. Leaving it apart , all the snacks and sweets smelt extremely old and got sick after eating. Please beware of this place. Veg biriyani was totally worst

Description
www.milwaukeefoods.com/bombaysweets. They were featured in the Shepherd/Express newspaper the week of 5/17, I believe, but have been here for at least 10 years. I've eaten there many times and keep going back. Food is inexpensive and it is the only place in Milwaukee that sells fresh, authentic Indian sweets in quantity.
