I eat here every time I visit Wisconsin! They have the best corned beef around. The servers are nice and the food comes out fast.

I stopped for lunch, the food was good, service good, location good. It's worth stopping for a visit. I had the Rueben, my brother had the pastrami sandwich.

It has been here for years and that is because it is consistent and a good price! Is at the end of a short strip mall (2 other stores) and parking can be annoying. Is good basic deli food. Love the matzo ball soup and the corn beef sandwiches and blintzes. Keep coming back as it is always good/quick/affordable/comfortable. The... More

This place is well known and loved by locals, many people being served were called by name. As a stranger in this environment , I still felt welcomed. They had daily soup specials and a menu staple of beet borscht , a wide selection of sandwiches and are well known for their corned beef. I enjoyed the tree-hugger sandwich with... More

I grew up in Milwaukee and dined here many times. The years have taken their toll at Benji's these days. The food is just not the same. For instance...he soup was made from real chickens not a soup base as it is now. The Kreplach were made fresh and from real dough. Now they are made from won ton skins.... More

Benji's has the best corned beef, pastrami, beef bacon and french toast. The also have very good matzo ball soup and really good fries. The Sprecher root beer is also worth a try. It's my favorite deli in the Midwest (Chicago included). I've been eating at Benji's for more than 40 years. It has a bit of a run down... More

Thank goodness for Benji's. You can get chicken in the pot, matzoh ball soup, corned beef on rye or chopped liver and not have to fly to New York.

Little old diner. I had the beer battered fish and it was delicious...it just fell apart. The service was fast and friendly. There are vegetarian options as well. My husband frequents there because of their "Classic Reuben". Go there and go back in time to the old Mom and Pop diners and enjoy....

Hidden jewel in Milwaukee. Benjis is nota high end restaurant. It is an old place where you can sit at the counter and order. The home made potatoe pancakes are a MUST. Turkey club and chili dog were great as well. Be sure to try the Spechter Root beer delicious. Parking lot was tight
