My wife and I were in Milwaukee for a concert by the Milwaukee Symphony on April 17, 2016 and decided to stop at one of our favorite restaurants for dinner afterwards- Il Mito Trattoria e Enoteca. We’re used to having great food and very good service at Il Mito and this day was no exception. Our waiter had served us... More

The rissoto cake appetizer was incredible. And the spaghetti Bolognese is the best I've eaten anywhere. Service couldn't be better too. Ask for Jeff as your waiter.

You feel like you're having a "touch of Italy", when dining at Chef Michael Fecker's place. I've had many of their entrees and have never been disappointed.

Went back to one of our favorite places to celebrate this special day. The Chef had two specials which we tried. One was an uninteresting twist with fresh salmon. Adding some hot peppers to the plate sauce added a base of unique flavor to this tasty dish. The second special was a combination of gnocchi with scallops and shrimp with... More

This is some seriously great Italian food. Chef Felker a character, gives lessons as well. Some of my most memorable meals were here. Seasonal varieties great, service impeccable, wine list really good.

This neighborhood gem offers a eclectic menu with choices that would make anyone happy...excellent pizza offerings for an appy, and terrific entrée selection - My veal Marsala was delightfully delicious. A good selections of wines are available as well. Friendly staff and good service to boot!

Highly recommend making reservations - food was excellent and service great! One party had the lamb shank - wants more it was so good! Another had the short ribs and he was thrilled. I had the evening pasta dish of shrimp/homemade Italian sausage & tri colored peppers --- all of us were thrilled. Highly recommend the mushroom appetizer - GREAT!

This restaurant continues to be a neighborhood gem, tucked away in a near Milwaukee suburb - Il Mito Enoteca is an outstanding restaurant. We were there for the brunch and while the menu was extensive, everything was amazing and appeared to have been made fresh. Food quality and service were great. My wife also enjoyed the Make your own Bloody... More

Small, intimate Italian restaurant on 69th and North avenue in Wauwatosa. The place is warm and friendly with a small bar area that has a good selection of wines. I've eaten here before and the food is always great. This time we went for brunch and I had one of the best meals I've had in a long time. I... More

Went to Il Mito expecting to have the Lasagna based on the menu on their website. When our server told us the specials of the evening, we both ordered one of them. The Fettucini with Bay Scallops and shrimp with mushrooms was a great choice. That was preceded with an excellent Cesar salad and Italian bread with olive oil and... More
