I have eaten at Blue's Egg since they opened and the food is ALWAYS awesome as is the coffee. The service has been excellent as well with the exception of our last visit. Waiting 30 minutes for coffee at breakfast is not up to their normal standard. The gentleman who was our server was a bit on the salty side... More

Food was good, but way too many people all at one time in one little restaurant. They just really take it for granted that you will wait 2 hr. for breakfast. I don't think so. we did it once, but never again. It was just okay.

It's a long wait, but absolutely worth it. Great fun and friendly place, bustling with lots of people and servers. I had the veggie hash and monkey bread...both really delicious. Coffee is great, too. Good place for families. I would also consider the to-go bar to get some goodies in a pinch.

Restaurant open for breakfast and lunch only. So popular there often no spots in the very large shared parking lot. Many fun and locally sourced ingredient based items. Great bloody marys. Despite the possible long wait service is prompt and attentive.

Went there because of trip advisor. We highly recommend if you are in town, go there. They were packed right up until closing time. Food is wonderful. Wide variety of choices too. The strawberry preserves were a special treat. Flavorful fresh food creative and delicious. The server we had, wish I could remember her name :/ was so helpful. She'd... More

Excellent Service and food selection. The food offered is farm to table and is excellent in variety. Get there early for breakfast especially on weekends.

Blue's Egg is a great choice for breakfast for whatever your food choices. I can invite my carnivore friends and vegan friends Blue's Egg and everyone will enjoy the menu.
