I've always enjoyed Capital beers. On Friday evenings during summer, they open their outdoor beer garden and have live music. It's a great time when the weather is right. They pour a number of their beers outside. The only issue was when we were there some of their more summery beers were not pouring well (read: lots of foam). You'd... More

We dropped into this place during a recent friends weekend. We enjoyed several varieties of craft beers in their outdoor patio. They had live music and a very festive atmosphere. It was very fun for a summer Friday evening.

The brewery seemed more industrial than others. Still was fun. Not my favorite style of beer and the tour was quick. Beer garden was fun however with live music and beer on tap.

They offer tours on various day which are informative but the best part if their outdoor bar. Some days they have food carts and live music which adds to the great atmosphere.

Went in there on a Friday night expecting see a variety of beer available. It's a brewery, right? Seems logical. A small bar area was open with a one-man band playing, but they offered just 4 IPAs and two dark beers. I like all kinds of beers, but why would they only offer essentially two types of beer? My wife... More

Love the Beer-traditional German style lagers and now American style ales, aged barrels editions and for the hoppy lovers, IPAS. Bier stube is inviting, the Gift Haus has a great selection of gift ideas. The brewery tour is worth it! A Wisconsin tradition for Friday night outside during the summer time in the Bier Garten! Partial to the brewers in... More

Stop by the brewery on a Friday night and sat on the back patio listening to bluegrass music and enjoying the fresh beer offerings from Keppra brewery. Guests are allowed to bring your own food on the back patio, and it was a little surprised to see everyone bringing their young children as well, but that is Wisconsin. Would like... More

There was a time when you'd go there and the 'tenders were friendly and made it a great time. Last couple of times there, we'll there's this guy who acts like the Manager of the car dealer in "The Middle", it would be funny, but it's not. Not even a "hi" ot anything. Sort of get the feeling he is... More

We've heard a lot about it and finally had a chance to visit! Reasonably priced craft beer and a live band. Parking sucked as it was limited...but overall a nice place to enjoy a beer!

Their location is so convenient for us, and the music is free, but it can get quite crowded, and then people near you start smoking. If you can find a place to move, at all, they may start smoking there too.
