My wife and I live about a mile from Luigi's and eat there every couple months. Though we tend to eat the same thing every time (their calzone's are amazing!) they have a very large menu with plenty to select from. The bar has some good beers on tap as well as a few wines and other drinks. The staff is always friendly and will stick around at your table to visit when they have time. The kitchen is usually very busy with take-out and delivery orders but wait time to eat-in is not bad. If you haven't eaten here you need to try it. We'll be back!

Let me start by saying your pizza is excellent, excellent sauce, cheese, crust and sausage. It is outstanding. But not your spaghetti. nor the meat balls. The sauce is way to sweet and has the taste of brown sugar and liquid smoke. There are plenty of very good spaghetti sauce recipes around. In our group of four everyone weighed into these comments. Other than that you have a great place plenty of service and very friendly.

This is our local pizzeria and restaurant. We go at least one time per month and our waitress regularly remembers us. The gentleman owner is a fabulous guy, very friendly, and very attentive to his customers. We really appreciate the personal service, the friendly smiles and the great food.

Service was not good at our table. People who came in after us, got their salads and bread sticks and ate them before we were finally able to flag down a staff member to bring us our salads and bread sticks. Salads consist of iceberg lettuce, 1/2 cucumber slice, one cherry tomato, and dressing. Nothing special. Our waitress never returned to our table after taking our order and bringing us our drinks. We waited over 25 minutes for our salads. Then we waited another 20 minutes for our entrees. Meanwhile, people who were seated after us, were already leaving. Service from our waitress was a big zero. I heard her telling another table of patrons that her family wants her to take over the restaurant. Big mistake in our opinion. She needs to find another line of work. For food, we had the Sicilian Walleye, which we did not care for. Way too much garlic, and the presentation was not appetizing in appearance. Had the garlic butter noodles, and again, way too much garlic. Not sure if we will return. We heard the pizza is good. We are giving this 3 stars only due to the young man that finally took care of us. He has excellent customer service skills. Only after he started serving us did our waitress decide she should try to act like she cared and checked on us. She was quick to bring us the bill though. Maybe it just was not our night to dine there, but the experience does not make me want to go back.

Went to Luigi's with my husband and niece because we were having a craving for pizza. We ordered two 16 in pizzas - Luigi's Special and Jo's Alfredo Special. Both were so good that we were undecided on what was our favorite. Boxed up the extra and enjoyed them again the next day. Service was welcoming, and you could tell they care a lot about their customers. This will be my go to for pizza from now on. Just writing this makes me want to go back...NOW!

Ordered a 16 '' pizza for take out. The outside of the pizza was burnt black while the inside 12'' of it was not even cooked. The last time I'll order from this place.

We have our new favorite pizza and pasta place. Easy curbside service and great food. Stuffed shells are great...pizza outstanding.

Great job with their curbside car delivery. Had gnocchi with a meatball, side salad. And breadsticks. In addition my daughter had the cotton candy cheese cake.

Went to dinner at Luigi’s in Menasha last night. Food was great but our service was terrible!!! Took awhile for our food but that’s ok, again it was worth the wait. However waitress brought our food and that was pretty much the last we saw of her! Never back to ask how everything was, not for drink refills, I had wanted to order something to go for Colin Jackson but that wasn’t happening. I called Stucs from Luigi’s parking lot and ordered. Some other person came and got us boxes and the bill. She finally comes back and asks if we want anything else to which I replied I was going to but no longer. To make it worse there were at least 8 waitstaff standing around AND TALKING. The icing on the cake was the manager or owner did nothing but joke around with staff and be on his phone! it’s just a big fun time between them all. I would love to go back for the food but I just can’t do it!

Went here with my family on a Saturday evening, it had been many years since last visit. Good live music, Nicely updated interior, with fireplace. Menu had many options, including a Cauliflower (Keto Friendly) crust. Ordered traditional crust pizza was very good. Server was attentive.

Please improve your terrible service. Nothing worse than sitting around watching many employees do nothing when you are hungry. Literally just standing around talking to each other while customers wait and hope they will be aknowledged.

I always get the cheesesteak sandwich and my husband gets the veal parmigiana. Both are always absolutely excellent! Service sometimes can be a little on the slow side. Tonight we noticed everyone providing service to all tables which sped things up. My ONLY complaint is when we order something and there's an additional charge for it it really would be nice if the person serving would mention that. I was a little surprised because in the past we always got sauce with our breadsticks and when I asked for some there was an upcharge on our bill.

My husband and I went here on a thurs night, early. Food was awesome. Best Italian food in the fox valley area. He had the chicken parm and I had the baked ziti dish. We loved both. Also had the traditional wings as an appetizer. There are the best wings we have had.... very meaty and cooked well. Sierra was our server, and she was efficient and very friendly. Cannot wait to go back, and we will bring friends.

Luigi's is our families go to restaurant. We absolutely love the food and friendly service. We even had my grandpas 85th birthday party there because it is his favorite! I am also a vegetarian and they always make accommodations for me. I would highly recommend Luigi's to friends, family, or couples!

My wife and I come here once or twice a month. We love the pizza and the employees are all so nice. Whether it's date night or out with the kids, Luigis is a great place to go.
