Friendly waitress, everything was fresh and tasty. We had prime rib, but soup and salad filled me up.

My husband and I have only ever been here on a Friday night. We love their lightly battered cod (if you order the normal beer battered it is GIGANTIC). This old school supper club hasn't aged, nor the decor, or the locals that frequent this fun establishment. The fish fry includes salad bar which is always stocked and two different... More

My wife was going thru Chemo and wanted to sit at a table with out a lot of cold air blowing on her. The waitress had a hissy fit about moving us and did not care about my wife's condition. We ended up eating at another restaurant and have not been back since. The last of this is that the... More

I had never been to a supper club before, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect when we pulled up the the Maple Tree. This restaurant is definitely about the food, not about atmosphere or ambience. The seating is cafeteria-like and I'm not sure there is any decor. The menu features a lot of seafood -- mostly fish and... More

We were part of a larger group. My wife had prime rib, and I had salmon. Both were in large amounts, but rather bland. Service was good, bartender friendly.

Served steak raw twice. Went home hungry. 2 others in party ordered prime rib and they were luke warm. Plenty other restaurants in area appreciate your business and treat customers like they need to be treated! Recommend staying away! Or go at own risk..........

I have visited 3 times in the last couple of months to have the lobster tail. Its the best and only $23.00! My friends enjoyed the Friday fish and prime rib. The salad bar is always fresh and you get a small loaf of warm homemade bread. Service is great too. Its usually very busy so plan on waiting.

My husband researches restaurants and this one had very few good stars; however, it's very close to us and we wanted to try it. We went on a Saturday and was seated immediately. The food was excellent. I had grilled salmon which would normally go for $18-$20 and it was only $14. My husband had ribs and he said they... More

Went for fish on a Friday. Got there at 4:30 and by 5 there was a wait. The fish was average for a fish fry. Pretty good salad bar and soup. Really good croutons!

Popular spot on old 51 in McFarland. Have visited several times on trips back to Madison. Fantastic fried chicken. In fact, we always use Maple Tree to cater our family reunions at nearby park. Have tried the fish fry a few times - pretty marginal.
