Stopped in for an early dinner. This was our first experience at this restaurant. When we got there we were the only ones in the dinning room. Service was prompt and friendly. I had the baked penna pasta. It was pretty good but the meat sauce was a little salty even for me. The salad was ok but the lettuce... More

My friend and I stopped in late on a Tuesday night. The staff was very friendly. Service was prompt. My friend ordered spaghetti with olive oil and garlic and ate every bit of it. I ordered the veal parm sandwich and could only finish half (I had the other half for lunch the next day). Reasonable prices and decent size... More

I was at this restaurant while in Manitowoc for my Godson's Christening. We had reservations here after the Christening, and were seated promptly in a large back room as we had over 30 people in our party. Since my sister in-law made the reservation for the large party, the dishes were already picked out. We started with salad. Good portions.... More

We get to Manitowoc twice a year, and Luigi's is a must stop for us on both trips. Sometimes we are able to get there twice on each trip, time allowing. It is authentic Italian, which we love. Service is always good, the food is always all delicious, with a very decent wine list. My favorite starter: The Caprese Salad!... More

My wife and I found Luigi's on the way home from Door County. I'm sure it's popular with locals but being only a mile or so off the interstate makes it a good choice for travelers. I was a little put off when we first entered the foyer as there were piles of boxes strewn about the floor. By the... More

Fabulous pizza---love, love, love the BLT pizza! I also like their selection of red wines and the gnocchi. Even if the parking lot is full, they manage to seat you in a reasonable amount of time.

They have many other types of dishes but the pizza is what we usually order. Tonight was the special in traditional crust. They also offer thin and pan. The pesto pizza is a nice change- up.

Great food - baked penne, eggplant parm and chicken parm were all outstanding. Salad was good. Bread was good. Beer was cold. Supper club like experience - loved it! Good atmosphere. We will be a regular from now on.

Not wowed. Waitress new very little of Italian food, let alone her own menu. I had the Portobello Ravioli (which wasn't warm) and my husband the lasagna. My mother used to order the lasagna and garlic bread every time we would go to Manitowoc for sporting events for high school, and it was amazing, I'm not sure what happened. Not... More
