Food and atmosphere were excellent. When searching for a place to eat I read the reviews and saw one stating something about the food not being good. I’m really glad I ignored it because this place is amazing. The server was very welcoming and attentive....He even shared a sauce that one of the chefs made up that was spicy. I will definitely come back and highly recommend giving this place a shot.!!!More

One of my favorite places. Atmosphere is cool (old bank building) and little touches like your bill arriving in a parking ticket envelope make it memorable. During COVID they took great care to separate tables with plexiglass panels. Wait staff is consistently efficient and friendly....Food is excellent, and their chef is constantly inventing new delights!More

Super casual with reliable quality. It’s one of those places you go to get good pub fare, a good local beer, and a well balanced lemon drop martini.

Nice waitress, but the food wasn’t that great. The French dip meat was not very tasty and was more like lunch meat.

We stopped in for lunch and had a very nice experience. First the staff was super friendly, helpful and fast service. I had the burger and fries with an ice cold beer, and it was delicious. The interior was well designed, decorated and comfortable. I...would definitely recommend this restaurant.More

We started with a very tasty bloody mary. The glass was rimmed with a spice blend and the mix was from scratch. It came with a small tap chaser of a craft beer. We ordered the cheese curds with a raspberry balsamic jam. It was...an amazing flavor! We also had the burrata ball with pear chutney. Everything was amazing and the bartender, Jaquelin, was incredibly welcoming and wonderful.More

My husband and I shared the chicken salad wrap and upgraded our order of french fries to sweet potato fries - both were delicious. It was plenty for the two of us. One side of the restaurant is pub style, the other side is dining...room style. We found this restaurant by chance. When we traveled back through Manitowoc later in the week we stopped again. That day was a Friday and was very busy at lunch time. We'd definitely go back again. Great find!More

Decent lunch stop en route to boarding the SS Badger car ferry. We had great service from Missie. Started with cheese curds which were delightfully light and fluffy with a raspberry dipping sauce. Ordered the pulled chicken sandwich, which was rather dry. And the jammin...burger which lacked flavor but was cooked appropriately to temp. The Mexican fries were outstanding. Interior was very cute.More

Exceptional customer service. Very accommodating to our two young children. I can honestly say we have never experienced such amazing service. Fast to greet us, bring waters and take orders. Went above and beyond with giving us a booster seat and a refill after our...toddler spilled the first cup. Immediately offered to adjust umbrella. To go boxes and help with bag for all the extra food. Great spot to sit outside and watch traffic. Or the option to sit around the corner in the shade. Great selection of microbrews and food was great.More

While in the area, my husband found this little place on a Google search. It was just what we needed for a lunch before heading on with our travels. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was super-friendly and attentive. I had the chicken...salad wrap, and my husband had the mushroom fontina burger. Both lunches were excellent. The wrap was so large that I took half to go. The star of the show was Butter Nutter beer, the brew pubs own brew that tasted like an old-fashioned (drink) beer! While I couldn't drink a ton of them, the flavor was super-unique and a nod to Wisconsin tradition. This is definitely a worthwhile stop if you are in the area!More

Our group (my dad, brother, husband and self) dined here one evening while in town for the Ryder Cup. We were asked if we had reservations, which we did not, but they were able to find us a table. The staff was really friendly and...we enjoyed the atmosphere. We are pretty basic eaters, so we did struggle with the menu some. It was a bit “fancy” for our group with all the options of fish and higher quality steaks. We all opted for burgers and fries. The burgers were huge and fantastic. You could tell they weren’t made from frozen patties. We also enjoyed the fries. Prices were very reasonable for what we ordered. I would recommend this location for adults. I didn’t notice a children’s menu, so I cannot speak regarding that.More

If you take Quay Street from the dock to 8th Street, then turn left (south) onto 8th Street, its about an 8 block walk. Or call the Pub at 920-686-1166 and ask for John -- if I am not tied up, I'd be glad to pick you up... More
