We spent five days in La crosse this past week and searched out new and exciting places to eat all week. This place is my perfect breakfast stop! The crepes ARE GREAT! I had the house brew pour-over ( Kickapoo Columbian) and it also hit my sweet spot! (Definitely gonna get some of that at home!) Just a great relaxing... More

This place is great for a couples day out , either as a pit stop or for a meal . Me and my fiancé love to stop by and grab a glass of wine or a latte . Then find a corner table and relax , the staff are very laid back and friendly . The crepes are to die... More

On a referral, we stopped in on a Tuesday morning for fancy coffee and crepes. I ordered the berry crepes and my daughter had the cinnamon and sugar. The were very, very good. It was a great atmosphere - my 17 year old daughter loved the decor. There were mostly college kids with a few woman and children. Menu consists... More

A lovely, causal restaurant with very creative and well prepared dishes featuring locally sourced ingredients. The night we were there there was a local musician playing jazz outside on the patio. The service is great and the food excellent! Nice evening!

So I wasn't so sure about the crepes but I had a client meeting there and tried one and they were SO amazing!

I visit The Root Note whenever I am home sick for a real Seattle coffee shop. The lattes are comforting and the tastey crepes are a bonus. My favorite is the honey lemon. Not too sweet. Not to tart.

Delicate, delicious, made-to-order crepes -- I had the bleu cheese while my guest had the classic as well as a Nutella with Bananas. We were each delighted with some of the best crepes we've had in a very long time. Service, or rather delivery, was quick but not rushed, and we felt no pressure at all to rush. My latte... More

After eating last night at The Mint in La Crosse we thought we’d stop by another restaurant by the same owner. We just wanted an after dinner crepe. While the crepe was truly delicious it took 34 minutes to cook one crepe. I could have milled the flour, mixed the batter, and cooked a crepe and still had 15 minutes... More

I really enjoy this place for a good relaxing Crepe or a nice coffee or beer. It has a very friendly feel to it. I love the bath tub with fish in it. The holes in the ceiling are the only thing I'd change.

Great space, friendly staff, delicious pour over coffee and the chili was tasty. They also serve crepes. I didn't have one. I would definitely get the pour over coffee and chili again. Best coffee in LAX
