Love the selection and unique choices. The blackened chicken is amazing. The restaurant is conveniently located downtown

Great food and service. Can be noisy when crowded. Some good local microbrews on tap. When company visits I always take them here. They all love it

Good service, a menu with items that are not typical for this area. Full bar. Right downtown so it's pretty easy to park.

The Blackened Salmon is perhaps the best salmon meal I've ever had. It was great. Waiter talked me into the beer cheese soup (I was in WI remember!) and it was hot, flavorful and delicious as well. I'll be back! How can you go wrong with a place that has a portrait of Kramer and photo of Barny Fife on... More

My husband and I visited La Crosse where we both attended university for a weekend getaway. A favorite from college years, we made a stop at Buzzard Billy's. Ten years later, the red beans and rice gives traditional NOLA fare a run for its money. Worth the wait if you find yourself there during the dinner rush.

The atmopshere was great fun. On a Monday night, the restaurant was quite busy. Have to warn you that very few food items on the menu are for those of us with tame pallets. Loved my fried oysters but knew the authentic Cajun food would be too much for me. Not sure I would go back there again.

I've eaten at Buzzard Billy's for years and each time I have excellent meals! It has an informal atmosphere with a broad menu of many Cajun specialty items. Of note are their Buzzard eggs, Gator strips and a Cajun Gumbo that is superb. Their Walleye is another one of my favorites! If your looking for a reasonably priced good meal... More

It's been more than a month since we ate there, but I still remember the taste of the bee cheddar soup! And the shrimp La Grange was fantastic! It was a Friday night around 6, and the place was hopping, so don't go there at that time for a quiet dinner. The salad was fresh and the service was prompt.... More
