This place is for those they call sweet-tooth - those on a diet shall not apply! I personally try to keep my sugars down, leaving stuff like this for kids. But I can't resist stopping at the ice cream shop on a hot day. Scoop it up!

Heard advertising on the radio so we decided to check it out. It's themed from the 1960's. Such a neat place to visit and eat! They sell pre-packaged ice cream and other items in freezers and refrigerators'. They also sell candy and soon there will be a bakery in the back. Take a step back in time and enjoy! We will visit again when we're out and about.

You are driving down I41 in SE Wisconsin. Thinking ice cream would really be great. Well, take the Hartford exit to Scoop Deville. You will get the best ice cream you have ever had (also great service, atmosphere, and clean restaurant). No bags of ice cream mix here (vs Culvers). Only hand-made ice cream; made by the owners! Great selection of flavors, all worth trying. Take a quart home, for later enjoyment!

This place has a lot of nostalgia with it and really good ice cream. I happened to walk around downtown Hartford and was glad I stopped in to have some ice cream here.

We find scoop de ville a cool place to stop with our grandchildren once in while when were in Hartford for a couple different kinds of ice creams! Fun stop and nice helpers!

The employees here were friendly and helpful, offering samples, but not being pushy. We normally like to just get a scoop or two and share, but there were so many good flavors of homemade ice cream to choose from. The toasted coconut had a good crispness to the coconut, and mini chocolate chips, too. Their prices aren't too bad, either. Lots of room to sit and eat inside, which was welcome on this cool, rainy, fall evening!

Remember the old soda fountain where they made the best malts, floats, and ice cream sundaes? It still exists in Hartford, Wisconsin! They serve up all these sweet treats and more. You should stop in for lunch, but be sure to save room for dessert. The retro atmosphere is fun - they even have a jukebox stocked with oldies! Kids will enjoy the many old- fashioned candy choices, and everyone may be tempted to take birthday cake or cupcakes home too. Love their mini carrot cake cupcakes!

The staff served our (rather large) family group quickly and pleasantly. Lots of flavor choices and good, home-made quality. Perfect feature for the quaint main street of this rural town.

My kids love this place. And I love this place because the prices are very reasonable. They have so many different kinds of old school candies that I get to introduce to my children in this era. Plus their décor is old school as well. I want their ceiling fans in my house.
