I enjoy eating at Schuggys. I've tried several of their Mac-n-cheese dishes, pizza is good, burgers are good but my all time favorite is the broiled shrimp with mashed potatoes. Love the salad that is included, nothing skimpy about it. YUM!
We’ve eaten here a handful of times and have had pretty good meals. We’ve had burgers (I like the build your own option) as well as Mac & cheese meals (lots of food!).
This last meal I had the chicken wrap. The menu description doesn’t...mention a sauce, so I was quite surprised to bite into a spicy wrap. I’m not much of a fan of spicy sauces, but most of it came off when I removed the onions. I did ask to leave off onions when ordering but they were on anyway. Thankfully they are cut large so they were easy to take off. I appreciated the cup of ranch that came with it because it cut down on the spice and made it a fairly enjoyable choice. I will probably stick with a burger in the future though.
My Moscow Mule was good, which I greatly appreciated since I only have about one drink per month.
The booths are not particularly comfortable. My husband and I both had sore backs, so pick a table and chairs if you have the option.
This is an amazing little town as evidenced by our meal being paid for by a couple at another table who left before we could thank them. We were so surprised and touched when the waitress happily told us (explains why she was so anxious to bring the bill!). I hope this business supports the locals and the school district, which is a large part of what keeps this town alive. They could live stream the sporting events on some of their many televisions - that’s a simple way to support the school :)More
Enjoyed a great night of pizza and beer while on vacation. Pizza was loaded, no skimpy pizza here! Nice selection of beers. Also had live entertainment later in the evening. Definitely would recommend!
Came here for drinks with friends to enjoy a cold beverage on the outside patio. Bar area is located in the "back" of the restaurant, separate from main dining area. There is a large selection of tap & bottled beer, to include specialty options. To...the right of the bar is access to the side patio. It was clean and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. Our server was excellent and very attentive! Would definitely be back to try the menu. Thank you for a pleasant first time experience!More
We recently found Schuggy’s as part of the Metro Dining Club and has quickly become a favorite stop. The food has always been on point, particularly the buffalo chicken wrap. The drinks are always great and the staff is super friendly and eager to help....Also, the layout is great for any type of group you have. The bar is separated from the dining room which is nice when you’re in as a family. The atmosphere is also fun and the building is very cool and very nicely decorated.More
We were in town for a basketball tournament and were directed to Schuggys for lunch. Variety of items, Mac n Cheese, pot roast, Rueben, Chx stir fry, and all were very good. Will definitely stop again.
We took our family to Shuggy's In Hammond, Wisconsin for a family meal. Everything was beyond horrible. The pizza was cold with barely any sauce, the burgers were overcooked with the buns being greasy and flatened. The French fries were greasy and undertone similar to...potatoes soaked in grease and served on a plate. Won't be going back any time soon.More

Did you alert your server or a manager of the problems with your food? We would have been happy to remake it immediately. While leaving a negative review online might feel good, it does nothing to solve the problem for either of us. I...More
