We had our managers Christmas party here on a week night. The service was great, the toppings for the steaks were great, and many seasonings. Will defiantly be back again

Nice place where you can actually grill your steak on a big grill. The meat is good and the service too. Place is average, typical american.

We had a stop over on our trip at Green Bay and we were looking for something to eat. We came across Prime Quarter steak house. And I'm glad we did. I never heard of anything like this where you go pick out your own meat to cook and you grill it yourself over charcoal grill, Amazing! I loved it.... More

I started visiting Prime Quarter when we lived in Janesville some 25 years ago. We took visitors there and I actually had a couple business dinners with 20+ attendees there. So when we moved to Green Bay area, I was happy to see Prime Quarter here. I took my adult kids there for a nice family dinner. I do a... More

Seen comments about size of Filet, it is only 6-8 oz cut compared to triple that in other cuts available. I always have either a Ribeye or a T-bone and they are very good. This is a cook your own steak over a very large charcoal grill, Texas toast/butter on the grill as well. Butter that steak and you will... More

Went to P.Q. tonight and had the filet cooked by the chef and it was a super small piece of meat about 3 ounces post cook. Salad was good and potato. $27 meal though with low value proposition. I complained to server but no fix offered. Oh well, guess it's back to Black and Tan or PLAE for $40 but... More

I went here tonight with a group of colleagues while in Green Bay for a conference. What a great atmosphere... Great fun, excellent service. I am not usually one to trust myself to cook a steak at one of these places, but I said what the heck. It really was fun and the steak actually came out delicious. Nice t... More

We have been going here at Prime Quarter for a number of years, and have never had a bad time or a bad steak and meal. If your the type that does not want to grill your own while grabbing a few colds ones while chatting and grilling your own steaks, they will do it for you for a couple... More

My family and I have been coming to Prime Quarter for years and always have so much fun. We grill a lot and still like to go here every now and then. A couple of years ago I did the "Beefeater" challenge (40 oz steak, potato, salad and texas toast) PLUS cheesecake and have enjoyed showing my medal to people... More
