We have been here a couple times and I can’t figure out what I think of it. We tried it again to see if we were better impressed and once again we left with mixed feelings. First I should mention they add 3% to bills...paid by credit card. There is an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper with small print telling you that in the reception area but we didn’t see it until on our way out. They claim their chili is great, and it was nice. No accolades. Lamb stew had little lamb but most of the pieces were largely fat. Not nice. More juice than either veg or meat. One companion’s shepherd’s pie was way heavy on spuds and sauce tasted oddly of spices. Other companion had a wrap and it was rated just OK. The saving grace was bread pudding which was nicely moist, tasted of egg custard as it should and while there was a Jameson caramel sauce it was not excessively boozed — just about perfect. Not really sure if we’ll try them again.More

I don't like to give bad reviews but this place had the worst food I ever had! I had irish stew in a bread bowl for 16.00! Very dry and was about a half a cup of stew in a very small bread bowl! My...husband had a prime rib sandwich with an ounce of meat! The cheese curds were really bad no cheese inside and not much taste. I will never go back! The waitress was very good though!More

Hello Jane! so sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your meal. If you would have said something when you were here we could've fixed it immediatly. Our prep crew hand slices and portions out our prime rib into 6oz portions. The Guinness beef...More

We came out on Father’s Day because my husband wanted a burger. He wanted to try a new place. I did some research and found Mulligans. We looked at the menu online and it seemed there was something for everyone. We were seated right away...and the staff all seemed friendly. Our server came over immediately and took drink orders. We could not decide so we actually tried quite a few things to eat. None of them were disappointing. The food was served hot and promptly. Service was excellent. 5 stars! We enjoyed our lunch immensely and will return.More

We have been there many times, different days of the week and at different times of the day. It is Always a Good Experience. The Staff has always been friendly, efficient and always greet our 2 Service Animals. We have been there for just a...few drinks, been there for just appetizers and have been there for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed. They have Happy Hours with discounted drinks and appetizers. Their prices are affordable and very reasonable. They have so many good items that its too many to list here. For Covid safety, their booths on the restaurant side have always had high dividers and now it has less tables for social distancing. You will Definitely enjoy your visit here so don't hesitate!More

—I and a friend stopped in for an early dinner on Monday evening around 5:30. The place wasn’t too busy. We were seated in one of the booths with wooden seat backs that nearly touched the ceiling. This was great for privacy and “social distancing.”...The table was full of a sticky food residue that I had to wash off with napkin and a water. The bathroom was very old and grubby. —Our waitress was a nice young lady who had just started working that very day. She extended herself to try to answer our questions and was very accommodating. —We started by ordering beer and wine. It was happy hour until 6:00, so drink prices were reduced. We then ordered cheese curds that came with marinara and ranch sauces. We really enjoyed these. —Finally we ordered our main entrees. My friend got a burger and fries that she was satisfied with. I ordered grilled wild salmon that came with a cup of soup, colcannon potatoes, and grilled veggies. I enjoyed the food but thought the salmon was dry and lacked flavor. —I got a chocolate lava cake for dessert “to go.” It was acceptable. —When we got our checks, we noticed that at the bottom it stated that there was a 2.5% discount for paying with cash. So my friend paid with cash. But they didn’t give her the discount. They said she had to ask for it ahead of time, which was TOTAL lunacy. It seemed a whole lot like false advertising. She then asked for the discount to be applied, and they obliged. Although the discount for our two meals was about $1.50, we wanted that discount and could add it directly to the tip.More

We had the most wonderful experience at this restaurant in what seemed the middle of nowhere! We had just shopped at a major furniture store nearby, and their restaurant is closed temporarily, so we had to look for fortification elsewhere. This place was awesome, especially...since we must have picked a really good time to visit. It was nice and quiet, and they had all kinds of Happy Hour Specials. The beer selection was impressive, the appetizers were 50% off, and hubby and I shared an appetizer (!!) and had to take some of it home since the portion was sooo generous. Our server, Erin, was super friendly and knowledgeable. I stared at her in admiration since she had memorized their extensive beer list! We live almost 2 hours away from Mulligans and can't wait to go back!More

Went early on a Saturday for lunch. Nice variety on the menu and they DC o offer several soup choices. We had the Shepherds Pie (its beef not lamb so technically Cottage Pie) which was very good and served smoking hot and a plentiful serving....Also got the "Award Winning Chili" and Warm Pretzel Appetizer. The pretzel was tremendous and came with spicy mustard and a beer cheese sauce. The chili was, let's say, different. It's quite spicy and has a definite beer flavor to it. If that's your thing you will enjoy it. I would not get that again. But lots of interesting things to try so will definitely returnMore

Easy parking, good atmosphere and a great service experience. We started (after beers) with the Irish poutine. A nice (and huge) appetizer which could easily become great with fresh curds and a litlle more gravy. The beef stew was good, as was the Guiness mac...and cheese, which could be elevated with better cheese.More

Five neighbors met for a Wisconsin required Friday Fish Fry. Had a gift card for $50 off. Kim our waitress was really friendly, even though she comes from Chicago. But, we quickly over-came this when we found how helpful she was The other four had...the typical usual fish fries. I took the ‘Combo’ which gives your four types of fish and more that the usual amount. Almost couldn’t finish. The bill was real easy on the wallet. But, using the card called for silly super entries on a ‘smartphone’. I could not handle this. But, Kim went thru six gyrations to try to make it register. It never got there. One of those cards you get for ‘referring a customer’ somewhere. I was so frustrated, I gave it to the next table. I Hope they got better results. But, Kim deserves ‘employee of the month for trying so hard. Food was as good as Kim.More

Stopped for a late dinner and sat at the bar to enjoy the Packers game. They were playing a game of football Bingo which added to the fun of watching the game. I ordered the Ruben Sandwich and homemade potato chips which both very good....The service from the bartender was also very good. I will stop back here again when I'm in the area and try some other items on the menu.More

One of our favorite things to do is go to different restaurants for Wing Night, so we thought we would try Mulligans. All I can say is that they were ok, not great. Service was very slow, I think we waited at least 30 minutes...before our food arrived.More

The food here is very good. In addition to regular type menu items there are quite a few Irish entrees. It is a very active bar scene but the dining room is separate from the bar so you can have a pleasant dinner.

Let's start this with delicious Reuben Soup. Creamy and it melts in your mouth with chunks of Corned Beef. Next.. the Irish Nachos. No tortilla chips but Real Potato Slices. Awesome Appetizer. They have a 50cent Wing Night on Tuesdays. They have 2 Happy Hours...as well per day. As I said. The Food is Endless! Our Service Dogs have never complained either.More

Loved the Irish Stew, authentic and flavorful. Lots of lamb. Great service, fast delivery and for us, many tv’s. Stayed at a place that cable had died and wanted to watch the Bucks. Sad we did but our waitress, Kayla, let us stay in our...booth after we finished to watch. She was great, lots of suggestions and tip for food and drink.More
