Looking for a place for dinner, we were driving around and this place looked interesting. We were right. We had a wonderful meal. Even though I was full half way through, I just couldn't put my fork down. We chose to eat inside but there...is a heated outdoor patio upstairs and down that seems quite cozy.More

My husband and I had a get away weekend to a neighboring state due to stress from COVID and other things. We stopped by at Juniper's Gin Joint on our first night and sat in the upstairs area, which had a fireplace and a semi-outdoor...seating and a cool waterfall feature. We had cheese curds, a burger, and whitefish sandwich and a few beers. The beers and service was great; the food came out average but tasted good partly because it wasn't something I've had ta cook! It was a bit crowded for our taste with COVID happening - some but not all tables were spaced out. We had a table where we were away from most of the action so we felt comfortable where we were.More

The bar had a fun bartender who made great drinks. Nice outdoor seating spots. It closed for the season so stop back next spring! Lots of good sandwich options on the menu

Friendly staff good pours. Didn’t eat but asked a neighbor what she was having. It was deep fried Mac and cheese with bacon. Interesting.

Two of us stopped here for drinks and appetizers. The indoor bar area was full so we decided to sit in the courtyard. The appetizers (bruschetta and chicken wings) were very good.

We ate outside on their second level and the food was very good and we had a nice evening. We had the banana chicken, trout and pot pie along with an order of crostini. All the food was very good. The pot pie was baked...in the dish it came in, the only strange thing is we were expecting a traditional crust all the way around the pot pie, but the crust was only on top. The banana chicken is definitely something to try as it's a unique twist on a chicken dish. The chicken was cooked great and had a great flavor on it's own. The trout was very good seared to a crust on the outside but tender inside and the sea salt on top gave it a great touch. The chocolate cake was great too. That tart Door County Cherry sauce that was on it was incredible. The one negative comment I would have was the amount of balsamic on the crostini was too much.More

Enjoyed our night immensely. Tuna appetizer and cheese curds were excellent. Burgers were delicious and cooked a perfect medium. Waitstaff was delightful. Ambiance on the upper deck is perfect and with appropriately placed heating units, a joy even in late September. Only reason for four...stars instead of five was the fact that the salmon listed in the menu was unavailable upon our arrival.More

Ordered the pot pie to go for our party. Quick service and served piping hot! It is also huge served in a pie sized pie tin! Will definitely order this again!

Had early dinner here. Sat outside in the upper level. They do require mask until you’re seated. I felt like the tables were a little close for social distancing. My husband and I both had bacon cheese burgers which were delicious and juicy. They have...outdoor heaters which was nice. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would go back.More

The food was okay at best. My girlfriend got the "extremely addictive asparagus" appetizer. Sounds great on the menu, they said it was grilled, but it was either somehow grilled to mush but not charred at all, or they lied and it was steamed. It...was criminally unseasoned and came with untoasted pine nuts, a pile of shredded unmelted bag parmesan cheese, and some lemon juice for $12. We ordered it no bacon but it usually comes with that i guess. Cheese curds looked like the run of the mill frozen ones that, unfortunately, a lot of places seem to serve in the area. I got a cheese, bacon, and turkey panini with their chicken chili, which was chicken tortilla soup they tried to rebrand as something different. Soup was genuinely good, the sandwich was pretty run of the mill. Won't wow you but it will be food in your stomach, but for $17 it was pretty steep and average. We were packed in shoulder to shoulder, zero effort was made to keep people apart upstairs.More

I guess this is a tough question. If you are immune compromised why would you even consider going out to a restaurant? Ok that being said I probably would look for a cleaner place. The food was ok but they didn't seem to... More
