This place is a one-man operation - run by the owner, soup-maker and all around nice guy. Paul used to work at Leroy's next door and now he runs his own soup place. If you have any questions about DC, this is the place to go - for the price of a bowl of soup, he'll provide a wealth of... More

This place was recommended to us or we probably would never have found or noticed it, being set back a bit from the main road. Certainly very popular as there was a constant stream of people placing orders while we were there. The main dish here is of course soup. I think there were 4 kinds, and you get a... More

I typically go to Door County in the off season and Czarnuszka Soup Bar happened to be open in November. The soup is unbelievably good. The guy that runs the place is very friendly and incredibly interesting to talk to. I can't recommend this place enough. If you like soup that tastes like your mom made it, this is the... More

Freshly made soup each day! Unique and absolutely delicious with sandwiches available to accompany your soup. Good portions and variety. The Seinfeld "soup nazi" would definitely be jealous!

This will be simple and to the point....GO!..Just a couple of tables, fireplace for those cold days and wonderfully flavorful soup. Eat in or take home. Four hot soups to eat today, or yesterdays frozen for you to take home ( If he has any left ). I'm not even a big fan of soup, but I'm a big fan... More

Visited for the first time today, and our only disappointment is that we hadn't found this hidden gem sooner! We tried two of the four daily soups and were thoroughly impressed at the robust yet balanced flavor. Paul, the owner was very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to as we indulged ourself in his delicious, made from scratch, soup.... More

GREAT selection! Not your typical "chicken noodle" or "soup of the day" place. Very different and VERY DELICIOUS! Lots of veggies and meat (even gluten free and vegan) Cute atmosphere, fast and easy lunch. Get to know Paul, your conversation will be interesting! When we eat here we always take some home for the next day. Absolutely a sweet experience... More

Perfect spot to stop in for a quick snack. Paul, the owner, makes fresh soup daily. There are a few to choose from. We had great conversation with him and are so glad we found this hidden gem. We visited in November, and it was still open even though quite a few spots close for the season. Definitely a place... More

They served 4 unique soups and rolls. Dog friendly, delicious soup and rolls, cheap. Some of the best food I've had in door county!

This is a small restaurant tucked in among some shops, easy to miss when driving by. They had 3 scratch soups, all were excellent. Homemade yeast rolls were included, divine! Not much indoor seating but they do have picnic tables outdoors.
