Small and casual but service and food very good. We got cheese garlic bread, Caesar salad, and medium Sperino’s Supreme LOVE that they put actual pieces of Italian sausage on it. Very much enjoyed AND enjoyed leftovers next day (heat in oven not microwave)
This is not my traditional place for pizza but was in a hurry. The meat lovers was good and also tasty. A local place to laugh and enjoy
Best pizza in Elkhorn and they deliver. Thin crust as well as the pan style are delicious. Fresh Italian sausage and yummy vegetables. Only complaint: sometimes the tomatoes on the margherita are sliced a little thick.
Sorry Cory. I will NEVER come back. I put $650 I your slot machines and it gave me back $20. Your pizza is nothing compared to Larducci's.
The managers are horrible to their employees. Have had way better Italian and Pizza at other places including Olive Garden.
We ordered two pizzas.........one was a deep dish and one was a regular thin crust for pick-up. The gal said they'd be ready at 5:30 pm. Our grandson went to pick up the pizzas and at 5:30 (my grandson was already there), they called to...say they couldn't give us the deep dish pizza as it had gone to someone else. Why we didn't receive notice sooner than at the time of pick-up?? Talked to two people and all they could say was they were doing the best they could. It was very frustrating and little to no satisfaction. We ended up with two regular pizzas that were expensive.More
I had the Italian beef sandwich, it was great! With red sauce none the less, I never would have thought of this. But it elevated the food! The service is good too, the bartender was very nice!

Love this place . The food is excellent. Our family has gone here since the ‘70’s. Our favorite has always been the best garlic bread in the world. Hope they don’t change it. My kids grew up going her and grandchildren and hopefully the next...generation in a couple of years!!More

Stopped in for a beer and app with my better half. I really like their pizza but we weren’t too hungry and split the mixed appetizer instead. It was quick and nothing bad. Most people enjoyed pizza or fish fry. A very good place for...beer/cocktail and informal pizza/sandwiches.More

We were looking for a place to have pizza to celebrate the birthdays of three generations of our family. The Pepperoni Pub is too loud so we checked out Sperino’s Little Italy so that my father-in-law could enjoy the conversations at the table. It was...the perfect place to order four pizzas, soda and beer. Our waitress was excellent and very helpful and accommodating even offering to help decorate our table for eleven people. They gave us complimentary garlic bread as we waited for the pizza. We were the only group there for most of the party. The pizzas were delicious. They allowed us to bring our own birthday cupcakes. We would definitely go there again!More
Monday evenings 6 to 9 PM features good blues/pop live music. The "regulars" are Glenn Davis Jim Schoberg and Chris Stebnitz . They give good entertainment to accompany a variety-filled menu. Yes, they take requests and you might need to pardon some of the jokes...(groaners). A good dinner out with entertainment as a bonus.More

Local casual eating Pasta dinners were good Lasagna was homemade and tasty Pizza was excellent—- anchovies and cheese on thin crust was really good . Worth the visit
The pizza here is the best in town, sorry pizza Ranch. However, it has gotten pricey now. They do driver, our experience was cold pizza both times. Worth trip to the quieter restaurant for a nice quiet meal. Order a larger size and take it...home for a fantastic cold meal the next day!More
When in Elkhorn we always make time for Sperino’s to enjoy great pizza, cold draft beer and great service / conversation with Cory! He is not only hardworking but super hospitable too! Don’t miss this gem if in Elkhorn we highly recommend.
