We stopped here on a Fri morning and the tables were about half full. We got seated right away and we met our waitress in about 3 min. She told us the specials and took our drink order. By the time she brought the drinks, we had gone over their pretty extensive breakfast menu. The food came out surprisingly quick... More

Fabulous homemade cooked in butter choices that make your mouth water before you even order. This quaint little hidden gem in the center of Burlington is one of our favorites. We found the service to be fast and friendly and cozy with the locals. It has kept our family coming back for 22 years.

The Town Fryer in Burlington is a nice small town diner that caters to the breakfast lover. Small and cozy, you can eat at a counter with other folks or at a table. Can be quite crowded on weekends so you may have to wait for a table but I have not been disappointed in 16 years. Always kind servers... More

This is our favorite breakfast stop. The service is friendly and efficient. The patrons are enjoying themselves at the counter as they visit and share current events. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. There is an excellent selection and daily specials. It is the best place around for breakfast .

There's something nice about this place. Half of the charm are the friendly waitresses (Wendy and Lynn). The other is the food. We've been coning back to the Town Frier for several years -- Saturday or Sunday -- a couple times a month. Portions are great. Prices reasonable. Local neighborhood friendly. We split the Eggs Benedict and hash browns. Or... More

Every Omelette here is a winner. Never dry. The Hippy Omelette is my go to item for breakfast. Small old school diner open for breakfast and lunch only. Keep doing what you are doing Town Fryer. I know I will be back over and over again!

Went for a ride last week and stopped there for breakfast. Wife ordered 2 fried eggs, bacon and pancakes and I ordered 2 poached eggs, sausage and an English muffin. Everything was good, served the way we ordered. Service was good and we will return. We stop there occasionally for breakfast and plan on going there for lunch sometime soon.... More
