I stopped here to pick up some cans of imported tomatoes and they had a great selection. I also picked up some deli cheese and various packaged pastas. Saves a trip downtown to Glorioso’s. Very nice selection.

This is so much closer than Glorioso’s and has a good selection of imported tomatoes. Tried the Italian sausages and they were excellent. Glad to have found this local gem.

I have been going hear for years. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I love the Sunday hot ham and rolls. I wish they carried more stuff but the place is not really big. But what they do have is very good.

Called them on a Wednesday saying I needed $250 of fantastic food in less than 24 hours and they did it! It was for a family of Italians who had recently lost their beloved mother. In their mourning is celebration of life too and they could not say enough about the food! I chose from Danielle's catering menu, asked for some input and a special gnocchi dish. Lasagna, chicken caprese, dinner salad with parmesan and dressing, antipasto salad, bread, and an assorted dessert tray that was so beautiful was delivered and devoured. Thank you!!

This is a great place! There's a nice meat case, deli counter, hot foods, and a store chock full of specialty items. The sandwiches, meals to go, and frozen foods are home cooked, high quality, and delicious. We've been stopping in and out for many years.

It was my birthday and got to pick where we picked up lunchanged from. Usually it's Cousin's or pizza. I chose Danielle'so. I had gotten sandwiches there before and loved them. Everyone agreed, they were very impressed with the food.

Their Friday Fish Fry is EXCELLENT. And the potato pancakes as well. And for carryout it is better than some we have had in restaurants. My parents drive across town from Shorewood on the East Side to have this Fish Fry which is a 30 minute drive, so I think that says alot. And the German Potato Salad is a favorite of theirs and my Husband.

Everything I've tried at Danielle's has been very good....it's all been quite authentic. The only "complaint" I have is that it is a bit pricey, and that's the reason I don't go as often as I'd like.

There was a change in ownership of this Italian themed deli/grocery about 3 years ago when it used to be Angelina's Deli. In warm weather there's a couple small tables you can eat at without table service. Most of the action is takeaway. There is a wide variety of excellent, large subs here. My personal favorites are the Italian beef and the Milano (salami, sopressata, prosciutto, peppers & cheese), but there is a big variety of sandwiches available here, both hot and cold. Buy 10 and get one free. Additionally, you can buy portions of excellent pasta like spaghetti & meatballs, lasagna, manicotti and ziti and sliced meats off large meat slabs. There is also a large selection of deli salads and some soups. Italian cakes and desserts are also available. There are many canned, jarred and otherwise packaged Italian items available here, directly from the Old Country. They do a lot of catering, with delivery as well. Overall, a nice deli with lots of choices.

Grandpa was Sicilian so Italian sausage, olives, componata, Fontinella cheese, Genoa salami, and good Italian bread were mainstays. I used to go down to Brady Street for these things but one winter, it was too snowy to do so. So I tried Danielle's (Angelina's back then) and thought their homemade Italian sausage far better than the famous shop on Brady Street. And it is a lot closer to me. Danielle's Canfora bread is every bit as good as Sciortinos too.

We had been visiting Angelina's deli for years. Now with new name it still seams the same, but I have noticed prices on some of our favorite Italian purchases have gone up. We always came here because of the distance to Glorioso's in DT milwaukee.
