After an extended afternoon of meetings, there were no reservations left at the Premier Restaurants at the Hotel. We took the shuttle to Sam Sneeds to learn that they closed less than 5 minutes before and it was too late for us to place a dinner order. We were advised to give JJ's a try. What a delight! Our server... More

We just dined here recently with a group of our friends. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was very attentive and made great suggestions. I had the grouper dinner and ordered a side of beets with goat cheese. It was DELICIOUS!! They also altered the grouper meal for my shellfish allergy since it originally was served with crab on top.... More

The food is better than some of the other options at The Greenbrier. The staff and experience help to choke down the price of the dinner.

We ate at all of the restaurants at the resort and this was our favorite. Great food and wine list and great service.

The service makes this restaurant! Great people, but the food does not disappoint either. We had beef and the lobster mashed potatoes. When your server tells you how good the mashed potatoes are, believe him! The wine list is a wonder, we picked out a boutique wine from South Africa that I have not seen anywhere else in the US.

Way overcooked Wagyu beef and waiter did not return to check if everything was okay. Third time eating there and honestly don't think it is worth the price. $19.00 for a glass of wine. The atmosphere was exceptional. My first time eating there was amazing and was disappointed on my third.

We recently ate here for dinner while staying at The Greenbrier. Food was decent but not exceptional and prices were typical of a high end steakhouse. Service was friendly and efficient.

The Greenbrier is amazing and Prime 44 West is the best food on property. It's pricy, so expect to spend $100/plate. The Wagyu beef is absolutely amazing. The staff is wonderful and knowledgable about everything on the menu and drinks. Don't miss it if you have an opportunity.
