Delicious...not fancy, but everything was very fresh and delivered nice and hot. REAL french fries!!! Delicious burger - best I've had in a long time!

Rod from the Morning Glory inn recommended this for a dinner or 2 during my stay. Great burgers and service.

Arrived on a Wednesday evening. By chance it was wing night - 10 wings for $7 - plus live music. The place was hopping busy even at 6 o'clock. You can tell it is a local hangout - everyone seems to know each other. The wings were very good, meaty and just the right amount of heat. Burgers were good... More

My wife and I had dinner at the Fiddlehead Restaurant on a Friday night while on a mountain area vacation in the area (Slatyfork, WV). The place was packed with visitors and locals, but there was limited staff. I asked if the crowd was unusual, but they said no. The environment was a bit loud and we waited a long... More

Visited this restaurant about 6pm on Wed, Oct 6, and they only had 2 wait staff working who were working as hard as they but couldn't keep up. We had the female waitress whom we asked to clean the table when we sat down. She never came back to wipe the table. She brought water to the table and no... More

Interesting, but somewhat limited menu. We had a great pizza here. The band was super! This is a very casual place, with friendly and helpful servers. Wide beer selection.

After several recommendations on this place he showed up on Wednesday for wing night. Our sever was Hillary who we decided to call Raye (her middle name). Didn't want to have our meal ruined. Ordered some draft beers and twomorders of hot wings wth fries. Beers were cold and the wings were flavorful with a decent amount of heat. Not... More

The only restaurant we could find open on a lovely scenic ride. Recommended to us as a "quirky" little place to eat with great fresh food! They did not disappoint. They had hand cut fries with a WV brew cheese sauce which were excellent. I had a very fresh grain fed beef blue cheese burger with caramelized onions which was... More

We stayed at the nearby Morning Glory Inn, and this place was about all that was open the three nights we were there. In fact, it wasn't open the first night, Tuesday. We stayed in September, which is off season for the area, summer over, fall foliage and skiing season not here yet.) The food, especially the mahi mahi tacos,... More

We enjoyed this restaurant so much we ate there each day during our stay. The daily specials were creative and tasty . The atmosphere was fun and the service was fast and friendly.
