This place never gets old. Amazing pizza with the best view in WV. Anything I write isn't enough to justify. If you have binoculars be sure to take. If you go for lunch you'll probably see climbers!

Stopped here to eat after being told about the view and food was decent. Sat on front porch and enjoyed view. Two waitresses were working the night we were there. One was very friendly and checked on us several times. The other was too into...talking to her guy friend who was there visiting with her. She brought our plates out and said they were the wrong plates because they were divided plates instead of flat, but oh well that was too bad I would just have to deal with it!- she needed manners taught to her and no I don’t need to deal with it. I could care less because I didn’t need a plate to begin with. The food was ok nothing special. We had pizza and a sub. This restaurant is good to eat at for the view. If in area again may eat here, but wouldn’t drive out of my way.More
My meal was served well after my friend’s was served. Immediately the server offered to remake it. It was very burnt!! I asked for a refund and thought I’d grab a snack downstairs. Then I heard shouting from the kitchen, telling the server to get...us the “f*ck” out and more! I felt unsafe and we left immediately. Horrible service and assault that I’ve never experienced anywhere.More
We went to eat here thanks to Trip Advisor, and she did not disappoint. We both had subs, they were very large. The view was fantastic. I highly recommend the Front Porch!
We liked this place so much that we waited for them to open Monday morning and drove south to eat before heading back north. We were able to sit out on the deck on every visit. The views are spectacular and the owners were happy...to chat with us while we waited for our food. The food was great! We will definitely go back when we're in the area. Highly recommended!More
If visiting Seneca Rocks the food options are pretty limited. Fortunately this pizza joint is good. The view from the porch of Seneca Rocks is world class. Menu is ok, not incredibly deep. Pizza, subs, Ruebans. We had the pizza & the chili soup. Both...were very good. Service was great. I wish the sold beer. Good spot when your hungry after a hike, or a day of climbing. Only negative is the road noise is pretty bad now that the pipeline is being built in area. Lots of trucks (semi & big pick up trucks) to disturb the eating peace. I’m sure once it’s constructed it will go back to being a quiet village.More
Can't be beat at Seneca Rocks. Good food, better view. The service is always friendly. Try the lamb. It is good.
We loved having lunch on the covered deck with a nice view of Seneca Rocks. Our subs were ok, but fairly average and kind of on the small side. The building has some history and it definitely exudes a positive vibe (more so if you...appreciate history). The Front Porch may have that shabby-chic, hole-in-the-wall feel, but it’s genuine and we liked it. Our waitress was fabulous and a pleasure to talk with. There are hardly any food options in Seneca Rocks; with that in mind, the Front Porch is a hit.More
We go here everytime we stay at the Smokehole cabins. We usually do lunch there and the food and service is great. We love it when the weather is nice enough that we can sit out on the second story porch and eat.
Stopped here to get a quick bite to eat after experiencing a flat tire on my pickup. It’s a little confusing as to who to give your order to and the staff generally did little to make you feel welcome. As I waited for my...pizza I noticed there were several WiFi connections available. Considering the flat tire I had and that I was a not from WV I had hoped to access the WiFi to locate a source to repair my tire.. I explained to the two young staff members that I was really in a bind and politely asked for the password to one of the 7 (!) WiFi connections... They sharply told me that they were not permitted to give out the password and went back to playing on their phones....( I had zero service on my phone) I pressed them again for a password, reiterating my flat tire situation. They told me there was a pay phone down stairs. At this point I greatly regretted already paying and tipping for the pizza that was still being made. I told the young man to make my pizza to go as I would need to go someplace to get some help. Several minutes later he tossed a plate on a table and told me “ pizza’s done”. The pizza wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. It also wasn’t in a to go box, I had to interrupt their cigarette break to get a box. I would not stop here again under any circumstance as this is not the kind of hospitality I care to sponsor.More
