We arrived at this restaurant tired and hungry on our long journey from Fla. to NY at 8pm. The sign said they closed at 9pm. This facility was so friendly, they didn't hurry us and encouraged us to enjoy dessert after dinner. It was well after 9pm after we left for the motel across the street. The cashier also told... Their version of "scrambled" eggs was different, to say the least! Apparently they do mix the eggs well; but they pour a very thin layer on the griddle and SLICE them up?

We ate here twice over a weekend, simply for convenience to our hotel. The first, a Friday night, was quiet in the restaurant, and later in the evening. Our service was exceptionally slow, and we felt rush because the restaurant was closing soon. Also, you could overhear the very loud wait staff complaining about tips from previous customers. The next... More

Popped in here for a quick breakfast yesterday and it turned out to be a good choice. Service was ok overall, though our waitress was a bit slow (like never) in terms of refilling our water. But she kept the coffee coming. Food was cooked to order (pancakes, eggs, sausage) and of decent quality.

The restaurant wasn't too busy when I was there. I ate a well prepared steak. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely eat here again if in the area.

Vegetable soup was just what I needed on a cold winter day. Also important was the cleanliness and warm and courteous service.

My wife and I had traveled all of the West Virginia Turnpike before stopping for a noontime breakfast. I was quite hungry. The restaurant was clean and cheery. We were seated promptly, and a polite waitress got us coffee and took our orders. I ordered steak, eggs, breakfast potatoes, and fruit. My wife ordered a cheesy potato soup. My eggs... More

Traveling home, always try to find a Bob Evans. This B.E. was clean with friendly staff. Our waitress told us she was tired several times during our time there, very understandable but not professional. Meal always good.

Not been in a Bob Evans in quite some time, now I remember why, food was mediocre, service was adequate at best. No real negatives, but there aren't any positives either. Just about as average as you can be.
