Ordered online, ordered two salads and two orders of mac n chees. After getting home with the order, one order of mac n cheese was missing, the Cobb Salad with chicken looked like a side order. Called and discussed with manage, will receive a refund...tomorrow. They were apologetic, however due to limited store hours they had closed for service and could not correct the order. I'd highly recommend verifying order prior to leaving.More

The food looks so good on TV! We tried the new pizza and was very disappointed! All crust, not many ingredients. It seemed like they ran out of cheese! Only three choices of ingredients! You should be able to list what you want, on the...pizza! Pricey!More

This Panera is horrible. They never have what I paid for on the app. The coffee was cold when I first ordered and they never changed it. It took over a half hour to get a bowl of soup. Still waiting on hot coffee. Will...not go here again. Save your money go elsewhere.More

I frequent many Panera Bread locations in my travels. Today I was refused service and worse, refused access to the restroom at this location. Due to personal reasons I entered the facility without a mask. This has not been a problem at other Panera locations...and was not a problem at a nearby competitor today. I tried to explain why but was stubbornly told to leave and use the drive up window. I was willing to do that but needed the use of the facilities before eating. I was refused access to the restroom. According to the ADA I should have been granted access unless I posed an extreme danger to the staff or other patrons. No one explained to me what extreme danger I posed. Instead I was refused service and told to leave. The silver lining in this situation is that I found a new location nearby that served me a great sandwich with a smile. No, Panera's competition did not belittle me in front of other patrons, I was welcomed and my business was appreciated. So don't be afraid to try some of the neighboring restaurants, you may be pleasantly surprised. Regardless of your beliefs, it is NEVER right to treat your customers poorly and to be unwilling to listen to your customer.More

Ordered the half sandwich-soup combo. Out of ingredients, made it up by giving us a full sandwich which was terrible! Then my French onion soup that I had to go back and ask for had a bean in it ( or a bug). The last...time I tried this place, my order was not correct. The menu is way to small to read up on the board. I’ve given this place a couple tries. Probably won’t be back!More

Tried the pick 2. My half sandwich was the Four Cheese Grilled Cheese. Sounds good doesn't it. The menu says it is made with creamy fontina, smoked gouda, vermont white cheddar, and alpine cheese on country rustic bread. My buzzer went off and I retrieved...my lunch. I noticed that the sandwich did not have cheese bubbling over the sides and when I open it if inspection, it appeared that it was slathered with a very thin layer of cheese whiz. I showed it to my wife who is normally a Panera fan and like most customers I just accepted it and kept my mouth shut. Not again if this happens again. For nearly $10 bucks you should not need to have to eat the baguette to get filled up.More
