We were only in town for the one night passing through and I had narrowed down to two places where I wanted to eat. Went with this place and was so pleased. They are only open for dinner Fri & Sat. We arrived a little early for the dinner menu and ordered off the daily menu which was absolutely fine.... More

I loved this beautiful restaurant. We had breakfast there on our last day of vacation. We wished we found it earlier. I had their French toast. It was very good. I would recommend.

Waited over 35 mins for our order. Granted they were busy because of bridge day. Staff seemed a little disorganized. Good was ok but a little pricey. Only got chips and pickle with sandwich, no other option. Long line to pay at register. Register person was also taking orders.

The building was beautiful. The restaurant seemed disorganized with the wait staff, moving a lot but not really getting anywhere. It took quite a bit for our breakfast food to be prepared.

I thought this place would be fantastic - two of my favorite things, books and coffee. I was wrong. Tacky just comes to mind, being located in an old church should have the ability to just blow you away - but it doesn't. You walk in and go, "oh." Food average, service average, tacky inside, I don't recommend it.

The sandwiches were okay at this establishment but the service was awful. The staff was very inattentive. Our drinks were never refilled and our waitress never came back to offer us a box or our check. Also, there were a lot of rough looking people popping in and out. The men's bathroom was also out of order. Go to Secret... More

I have been to this cafe many times. One of my favorite places to eat. The hypocrite is my favorite sandwich there and the pasta salad and carrot are to die for. Very relaxed environment. Bookshelves filled with books to read all around. Great coffee. A must when you are in Fayetteville

I wanted to visit because of the building. I am so glad I did! I went with no expectations and was so pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and they were so friendly. I was curious about the former life of the building and our server was so helpful and even brought a book over for us to get further... More
