Hung around for this charming little bistro to open and I’m glad I did. Had the Turkey on Ciabatta and it was outstanding! Love this place! Would definitely return!

I had the best lamb sandwich!! The sauce/dressing on it was amazing. Side pasta salad was yummy. It was a fabulous lunch. I would definitely go back. Cute shop too.

Chicken Salad on chiobatta bread was so good and a very generous serving! The restaurant is hard to find if you don't know about it in advance. On the left when you first turn off route 19.

Stumbled on this restaurant accidentally while passing through town. I almost went to the Biscuit world, but the line was slammed. I saw a bunch of people sitting outside this restaurant and decided to try it because it advertised local foods. This restaurant is wholly...true to that label. The menu was a scratch kitchen and a number of the items on the menu were sold out for the day already. I wasn't mad at all; it was a sign that everything that was being served was fresh; from the meat to the root vegetables that were on my sandwich. The restaurant looks like it's been remodeled slightly from the photos I see from other reviewers. Part of the restaurant was converted into a store that featured local products from Jams to honey to meat and baked items. I bought a loaf of freshly made sourdough bread from a local baker for the road. The entire staff was gracious for my business and the food was delicious and fairly priced. Highly recommended if you're ever in the area. it's hands-down in the top 3 restaurants I've eaten at all year.More

My wife and I ate here several times during a trip to the area and had great meals each time. The creamed peas served with the meatloaf were the best ever.

Food was ok. Portions small, prices high for what you get. Poor wine choices. Nice waitress but over all value was poor.

Awesome service and great food! We had veal curry - enough for two - best veal ever! Great southern hospitality, even though West Virginia isn’t exactly in the south.

We recently had an early dinner at The Station with friends. We did not have reservations, but we were seated promptly. Our meals were okay. The Shepherd’s Pie was very bland and had few vegetables. Service was very “quick” and we felt as if we...we rushed through our meal.More

We were after a slightly more 'up market' dinner whilst in town and The Station was recommended. Glad we went - food was excellent and staff were friendly. If i am being pedantic, the steak was a touch too highly salted; fortunately that is my...preference. Otherwise, all good.More

Really nice place for a small town. The food was really good, and good portions. Definitely try the peanut butter pie.

On the way back from a WVU Football game, we stopped off to try the Station. We knew they were open Sunday, but did not know we could only order from the new Brunch menu, which is OK, because I normally love brunch. Service was...very good and the waitress added some laughter to our meal. Out of our group of 4, one claimed she had a 5 star meal, which consisted of a coddled egg, that looked fantastic. She also claimed her Lemon Curd was one of the best dessert she ever had I on the other hand was not very happy with my main meal. I ordered Eggs Benedict with smoked Salmon. My mistake, since I thought the smoked Salmon would be like Lox, instead was chopped up pieces of salmon, (kind of like you would see in a can). I did not like the salmon, and the eggs were extremely over cooked. The wife ordered a burger, that was over cooked and did not have a lot of flavor. The of side of bacon she requested crispy, came out burnt, The wife and I split a peanut butter pie. I liked the hard style of the pie, but the wife was hopping for a tall creamery pie filling. The 4th member of our group enjoyed his meal and his peanut butter pie. Overall, I give the station a 3 star knowing that any given dish could anywhere between a 2 and 5More

While in the area white water rafting. We just got off the river and we were craving a good steak. Front desk clerk recommend The Station. Excellent choice. Steak was delicious and the service was great. Couldn’t ask for a better ending to our day.
