The service and food were excellent. The price was pleasantly inexpensive. We had wedding soup, minestrone soup and Lasagne and Ravioli. Our desserts were so yummy! Tiramisu and a delicious cake!!! The history was so charming. Such a great find on our trip.

I called and asked for a manager. I was put on hold but no one picked up. I tried to contact the restaurant through their website but it couldn't tell if I was a robot or not. So Sunday afternoon 9/3 My 84 year old...mother and myself went in for dinner. The food was good as it usually his. Probably could have been warmer but it was still good. I can't ever remember waiting for a drink refill. I did on this date. I had to ask, while our server and what appeared to be a member of management walked by. After my mother was finished with her salad and side of spaghetti she was unable to eat her hoagie. She asked our server for a take out container. She received the container and placed one half of the hoagie in it. My mother asked our server for another container because she didn't want to crush the hoagie in the one container. Our server said "I'll make it fit" Mom said I don't want it in the same container. The server went off in a huff. She brought the other container and a bag to our table. left it on the table and didn't say a word. When we exited the restaurant we passed her again and she didn't acknowledge us. our ticket number was F27, Table 210 I believe the servers name started with Tia Our family has visited this restaurant for years and never had a issue with the food or server. We were traveling to Niagara Falls and stopped at Muriel's for dinner based on the hotel desk clerk's recommendation and on-line reviews. Both were right. This local restaurant would be at home in any urban setting. The food and service are both excellent. We ordered...the manicotti special and minestrone soup. Both were excellent. The manicotti special included a meatball (see below). The other meal was the two-meatball special and house salad. The meatballs were excellent, not to soft, not to firm, and very tasty. The salad which came with cuts of various meats was also excellent. The bread brought to the table was likewise perfect. And the marinara sauce was about the best we ever tasted. The customer service from the hostess to the server, etc. was nothing short of amazing. Try Muriel’s you will not be disappointed.More

Stopped off here for dinner after a quick search from the interstate and it did not disappoint! Delicious food, loved the laid back atmosphere, and service was great. We tried a variety of dishes and can recommend them all including the lasagna, rigatoni with meatballs,...gnocchi, and a rigatoni with sausage. Very nice surprise for dinner after a long day of driving.More

We were very happy with our meal at this restaurant. The parking lot was packed but the wait was not bad at all even for a Saturday night. We are from Texas so we definitely have high standards for food and have a hard time...being impressed when we travel. The bread here is so good and the portions are perfect. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The only downfall was I have a dairy allergy and they put cheese on mine after I requested it be cut but everyone else at the table shared foods ate mine and it turned out fine. It was our favorite meal on a 5 state road trip.More

We traveled from NC for my Aunts 80th Birthday. We were blown away with this restaurant. The food was amazing! Appetizer platters were so big and so tasty! Everyone loved the food. Some had Mannacoti some spaghetti, some eggplant Parmigiano, sandwiches. Everyone left happy and...so full. Portions were very big and delicious. The staff were phenomenal! The two waitresses Vivian and Margarita were outstanding! We had a large party of almost 20 people and we didn't wait for anything! They are great assets for this business. The property itself is beautiful. It is situated on the river in a beautiful location. Everything about the property was clean and neat. We highly recommend this place and hope to return one day.More

Lovely place; great atmosphere. It was a beautiful afternoon so we were seated on the deck and had a nice view of the river. I ordered the house speciality, rigatoni and meatballs, which was delicious. The ‘house’ salad was wonderful. This salad had pickled shallots,...stuffed olives, roasted red bell peppers and a cherry pepper, along with cheese and pepperoni. And the honey lemon vinaigrette was very tasty. When that much attention is given for a salad, you can be sure that the rest of the meal is going to be stellar. Add the excellent service to that, and you can see why Muriale’s is on top.More

I've been going to Muriale's since I was a kid, and I was worried that things would change with the new owners. But it's still just as wonderful as it ever was. (Granted, I do miss Rocco.) I love all their pasta, but today I...tried their meatball sub for the first time. Wow! Lots of meatballs, peppers, and cheese on a fresh real Italian sub roll. Our server was not only attentive and helpful, she showed a genuinely friendly personality. Now that I'm not a kid anymore, my friends and I sit in the bar area. Muriale’s has to be the best restaurant I have eaten at in decades. They say you eat through your eyes and I am hear to tell you the food looks beautiful plus it is absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Shelby, was the best. She was super...friendly plus she knew the menu inside and out. This place is phenomenal. Oh, their Roquefort Dressing is homemade and to die for.
