I have good and bad to say. First, if you stay in the Lodge section of the hotel, it's old. The bed was very comfortable but the bathrooms need help with a high tub there are no hand grips. The grout in tub...well nasty and visible dirt in corners. I would try and stay in "the Tower" if you can.... More

This place has it ALL. The nice accomodations in the hotel to the choice of 5 different eateries. Then there are the wide selection of slots in the gaming area along with the abundance of table games. We have stayed here numerous times and always look forward to the next visit.

Got there on a Friday afternoon. Very quite. Fairly large casino. My wife and I play slots and there were a lot of them. We fed the machines a while to no avail and decided to have an early dinner. All you could eat crab legs ! They were wonderful, not salty and easy to crack. This was a WIN.... More

Went for the weekend with my boyfriend, and stayed at the hotel. We had a tower room it was very nice, clean and bigger than I had imagined. The casino was great! The staff there were very friendly . I enjoyed the conversations with the dealers- Todd and Don educated me on how to play craps they were very nice... More

If you're looking for a quality casino without the smoke and grime, Mountaineer is for you. The entertainment was free on a Friday night and slots are comparable to any of those in Pennsylvania or Las Vegas. One plus is the onsite hotel. It's a quality hotel. We had fun! I would certainly go to the Mountaineer to gamble rather... More

We had a dinner for a collection of people. Our server was very rude. Clinging dishes around us while we were trying to talk. Spilling water all over the place. Even spilled salt then made the comment "spilled some salt" then walked away. Very disappointed in this buisness..

After checking in at the hotel, I went to the OTB part of the casino and watched a few races. I then decided to have dinner and went to the MTR Club. The fish dinner was excellent along with the service. The meal with two Iron City Light beers was under $20.00 I have always had dinner at the MTR... More

This restaurant is in the main Casino at Mountaineer in Chester, W.Va. The meals are really good and the prices, believe it or not, are pretty cheap. They do have the Buffet but this restaurant is in where the slots are and the wait is worth it. The menu has a good choice for the picky.
