We arrived here on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of our road trip. I won't hold this fact against the restaurant, but parking is pretty inconvenient- coming from eastbound I-64 I had to drive around the mall on one-way streets to finally reach a paid parking deck. Ugh. As it was, the food was fine. My problems were a... More

Food was predictably good. Service was varied. One employee overheard we needed water and got us a cup proactively. Otherwise, the service was a little slow both at the register and the kitchen.

I went to this mall restaurant for breakfast and I wasn't disappointed. I was in a mood for pastry and so I ordered the cheese and bearclaw pastry. Both were yummy. Plus I also ordered two cups of caramel latte with almond milk. Both hit the spot!

Five of us went there for a light dinner after a Civic Center afternoon event. The food was tasty. Consistent with other Panera's. Easy to get to as it is located in the mall directly across from the civic center. Very fast service, and they had all the orders correct! We enjoyed our time there.

Obviously, Panera Bread is a chain restaurant. But, we found this one to be better than many other Panera’s we have visited. The place was very clean, staff were friendly, food was ready quickly, and the food tasted great.

The service is deplorable, tables dirty, and the orders wrong repeatedly. I'm going to be done giving them "another chance." Train your employees and insist that they have good manners.

Big fans of Panera, but this was our worst visit ever. The staff was clearly short for even a slow evening and those that were there spent their time talking to friends/family in the restaurant. The manager didn't' appear to care. Dirty, wrong orders, poor value. Just not a Panera experience.

First visit, will be last. Roast turkey on flatbread with cranberries was a slimy mess that included limp spinach leaves, for color I suppose. Threw out the bread, removed stems from cranberries ate the turkey with a few berries. Companion's sandwich also turkey with avocado and a completely unripe, very tough slice of tomato. It is winter. But locally a... More

Papers- fresh crisp good one can always count on when on the road. Friendly and clean with prompt service. Very near super highways so it is easy to find.
