We almost walked right past this restaurant, it looks smaller from the outside. This restaurant is right off 77, pretty convenient while driving home on a road trip. The antipasta was great. There are many different pizza choices, I highly recommend the cuban, with shredded pork, pineapple and jalapeño. This is a happening spot, it was very busy for a... More

Wish we had Pies and Pints nearby. We felt important to our friendly server as he was quite helpful and informative. Wish we had ordered a larger pizza to take leftovers to the hotel. Nuff said

Pies and Pints is always a solid visit. There was a little confusion over who was supposed to serve our table when we sat down, but after grabbing the host and letting him know we had not been served yet, all was remedied quickly (with a lot of apologizing) - great pizza (cuban pork) and usually partake in the Caesar... So their pie (pizza) crust is one of the best I have had in years . We had the pizza with balsamic vinegar and it was excellent . The spinach salad is also very good . The place is loud and lively and the staff is very nice . Not a place to miss if you are in town .

I go there for the SALADS, which are creative, generous, and DELICIOUS! Get Some! The offerings on the entire menu are creative and inspired. If you go at at the lunch or dinner "hour" be prepared for a pleasant and worthwhile wait!

Aside from its closest competitor/similar place Lola's, Pies and Pints definitely the best pizza in Charleston as well as some sandwiches , salads, wings, great beer selection. Also a nice outdoor cafe right in Capitol street gives done life to an otherwise dull downtown. Took a group of out of town friends here and they loved it.

Try the fresh grape and Gorgonzola spinach salad. It's excellent. The chefs are very creative and use the freshest ingredients. It shows. Great local brews, including Bridge Brew favorites. Their pizzas are super flavorful with unusual options and good as either take-out or eat-in, but the restaurant can get quite noisy.

Good pizza- falls on the gourmet side of the gourmet-fast food pizza spectrum. We had a pesto pizza and a pulled pork pizza. The pulled pork was especially good. The draft beer selection was heavy on IPAs.
