Lunch with hubby as we were shopping on Bridge road. Always love their soups. Today was Cauliflower and Garlic. Tasted like a finely ground potato with just the right amount of garlic Next was a appetizer that was plenty for two. I ate as an entree and had enough for dinner later. Stuffed Hungarian waxed peppers. Spicy peppers with spicy... More

We love stopping in here on trips to Charleston. The bar area is superb. The wine list is extensive and properly temped, I might add. The service is wonderful. We enjoy having appetizers here along with drinks after a long day of travel. It is always consistently good. And a real oasis in a city full of cheap chain restaurants.... More

Nice restaurant and bar area. Restaurant seems to never get a steak correct. Food servings are generous. Bar area seems to cater to locals in extreme. Pours are different depending on clients. Prices for drinks and pours are the same. Would like to have a good pour of wine for what I am paying for. $25 for a glass of... More

I met a friend for lunch at the Bistro and it was very good. I had the Gyro on Naan, and while messy to eat, it was tasty. I just wish they had more tables and not all booths.

Have had the opportunity to have lunch there several times recently and it was consistently very good. They have just added a few new items to the lunch menu. Good salads, sandwiches and burgers. Also a nice soup du jour

Whether you're in need of a fine dining experience, casual elegance or just want to find your own "Cheers" for the night, the Bridge Road Bistro is the place to go. The hang out for "who's who" in West Virginia where you can easily make new friends or meet old ones. Atmosphere perfect and the food is great.

Several times we have done their Mothers Day Brunch Buffet. It s outstanding. Love the smoked salmon and capers. Omelets made while you watch are special. You pick all the ingredients. Price is reasonable about $30.

The Bridge Road Bistro is an unassuming building from the exterior and nothing overly fancy inside but the food is fabulous! My husband and I shared everything we ordered and when our server brought us our entree it was on two plates evenly divided. We started with Asian calamari which was delicious and a little different from the usual. We... More

My husband and I enjoyed finding this restaurant while traveling home to the Midwest. Very pleasant decor and quiet atmosphere. Nice wine list with a wine flight option of 3 wines. I had the almond trout which was very tasty. It came with tomato and bacon grits and baby carrots. The carrots were nicely done, not soft. The grits were... More
